I met a new guy a few days ago and was supposed to call him but chickened out and never did!.. So i was wondering how he sees me and i pulled the 10 of wands, the magician and 2 of cups. What could this mean?IP: Logged |

He doesn't understand why you didn't like him. I would imagine that you've left a strong impression on the boy if indeed that's his trail of thoughts. IP: Logged |

I'm not a fan of the Magician card unless I am the magician in the scenario because it means the control of things is in the other person's hands. In this case, you, since you didn't call. You are always spot on for me.. When i put the number in my phone he expected me to call him right then so he would have mine but i promised him i would call later. I can see how he could feel tricked.. His feelings for me are 8oP & death is he over it? IP: Logged |

I can't help highlight that the way we formulate a question to the tarot is very important.I would interpret that he thinks you are lovely, and he really loved what he is 'seeing' almost like a damsel in distress..don't know why this picture came into my mind.. IP: Logged |

Thank you Jessica. I do understand what you mean in that i asked how he SEES me and not what he thinks/feels about the situation. I'm having a hard time thinking he sees me as lovely after i blew him off though lol. I wish he did! But his feelings for me are the 8 of pentacles and Death so i'm guessing i don't matter that much and he is probably over it.IP: Logged |

I did not pull any cards for myself but i am definetly attracted to him. I haven't stopped thinking about him since we met.. *i'm going through a pluto/venus transit so i'm kind of obsessive lol*IP: Logged |

When I realised that I don't need Magician for the meaning of "understand" (there could be any other card) I saw what the additional layer is with the Magician, I kinda knew my answer, or at least my version of the answer. Maybe I should reiterate my steps, so you see what I had in mind, I ain't giving up! 10 of Wands - A difficulty, something is off : the core position of your question + Magician - here comes the long list, he can be many things : let's go broadly and say action,comprehension, determination + 2 of Cups - OK, a sweet card. There's a spark, a sweet spark. Connected these into a coherent response. He doesn't get why there's no move from your side. Probably you didn't like him. Why not? He liked you, otherwise he wouldn't bother with this line of feelings/thoughts (there wouldn't be 2 of cups). Now, the Magician is the 2nd step in your answer, and is also the masculine archetype. So, the difficulty with 10 of Wands is being clarified with Magician : he narrows down the meaning of the first card. Also, there's a bit of ego, a small bruise. In essence, you should have called. Also, 8 of Pentacles (with its inherent slowly progressing story, slow but ready for hardship) and Death really do say - can't be bothered to wait any longer. I agree! What's the big deal? Contact him. If anything look at why you haven't called or texted, what are you scared of? Is this fear really productive long term? Sure it may serve some purpose keeping you safe right now but in a few months, years even how will it serve you then? IP: Logged |

I am very afraid of rejection though and i've had this happen before where a guy only wanted to see if I would call and then showed no interest. I understand this as I've too been dealing with similar issues. But if you think about it, right now you're safe and you're not being hurt. In the future? In the long run, where does that leave you? Still alone, feeling lonely likely and wondering why everyone is married or partnered up and you aren't. It's a risk either way. Rejecting others because you're afraid of being rejected doesn't really make one happy.
