Hi,
If anyone is opened to giving me added interpretations to these,please:As feelings: 4 of wands + 7 of cups(clarifying) sees/views me: 3 of Pents + sun(clarifying) what does he think of the message I sent?

Hello. "unfortunately" you say! So, it's unrequited in a way, you'd like it, but they are unresponsive? Depending on your deck, if/how close it is to the original RWS's imagery, I'd say you've kicked into motion something. It sounds sexy (we're talking about the Wands, after all) : 4 of Wands as desire to move out, to enjoy the sun. It's safe but it's also enjoyable. Put 7 of Cups into the mix, and you can have something physical, Wands + one of the Cups containing the naked woman; or simply they could fancy the idea of meeting up, doing something together, alfresco.  However, given High Priestess, in addition to 4W/7C I think they are confused as to your reply. Suspicious even. 3P + Sun - you are worth investing in (their time) Nice combo for friendships. I haven't let him know about a romantic interest.. just want to see how a friendship would stand. But, doesn't mean I'm not interested in one
Could the HP also show a psychic/intuitive connection between us?

Imma cool, thank you. Yourself? Hm, if I were to draw HP first (the situation position in Celtic Cross) , I'd think twice before continuing with the spread. It's just the way HP has with me - you don't know everything! Not now! I would interpret it as aloofness. If HP is a person, I'd say she is the reason behind the silence on the other side.
