Topic: Your opinion = Temperance + Magician

In relation to this guy to whom I became v attracted to and was beginning to have a casual thing but just broke it off because he has a girlfriend, I asked - what is the lesson involved, why he came into my life (he was very persistent) - got Temperance with Magician.Does it mean this experience would help me refine my powers of creating my ideal partner (for the future) ? To learn to wait for the one that is suitable for me ? Any guesses ? IP: Logged |

Don't get swept of your feet by intensity shown by the other party. Check if they really say who they pretend to be (Magician) and keep in tune with yourself. That's my guess.

Hmm those were interesting cards to pull. If I had to guess....ok I'm not entirely sure of your past issues (and you don't need to state as its not really my business) but have you fully healed from a past relationship? I view the magician as owning your own power and making things happen thru manifestation. Sooo perhaps this is about balancing things in your life or perhaps some healing and learning to wield your own power. Just my 2 cents. I don't know why but I'm getting a feeling of you not realizing your own personal power. Maybe you just haven't fully tapped into it. I feel like you DO have a lot of personal power  IP: Logged |

Thanks Twirl. I was getting swept off my feet, and I already knew he was not so honest, but it does not make sense as a lesson to be learnt. I did indulge in a coffee date because of advice from some spiritual orientation I received previously, so I thought there would be something positive about interacting with him for me. Maybe it was to enjoy the attention and improve my self-esteem but not to let me be swept off my feet. It does not sound a smart thing to do anyway. Before I asked what is his role in my life and got 3 of pentacles, 7 of swords and the moon... IP: Logged |

Hi I think you can definitely look at this positively
You broke it off because he was involved (choosing for yourself) and also learned this is not what you want in future.

Yes, Shyvirgo, you made a good point. I thought about the healing possibility during lunchtime ! It is true I had a past not-relationship after which I kept feeling very incompetent in this area, in all levels. This recent little experiment did not change my take on this 180 degrees but showed me maybe I am not so defective and can enjoy a some physical contact. So it was a hard decision to not explore this stuff ;-) I have been told I have a lot of personal power but I dont really know what this means in practical terms. IP: Logged |

Thanks Twirl. I did what I would tell a friend to do if she was in my situation :-)
