I just found out that in a love reading that the 5 of pentacles is actually good card. It has to do with getting a second chance.

It has to do with a soul connection, the rekindling of a relationship, it says that if you have been longing for them and missing them that you can bet they have been feeling the same way about you.

In a money type situation it would be more of losses but not in a love reading.

Found this interesting and wanted to share.

On a different note I was wondered if the magician reversed might be a card of a sociopath.

It is ruled by mercury, he is a master manipulator. It would show a person using mental abilities for darkness as he is a trickster.

Just a thought. Wanted to see what someone would think of it.

The Magician RX is a liar (but he can also be that when upright). Upright he is a good manipulator. Reversed it's easy to see through him. So if it would depict a sociopath I think he would most likely show upright with the moon next to him for example. I'm not sure about what combination would show for that though.

I can see what you mean with 5 of pentacles. Though, I did a little more research on the card and saw posts from other and what came of it for them.

Some said it was a symbol of help coming when they were down and out. About to be evicted with no place to go. The church in the background is the saving grace.
Sure they are not looking up but god and angels are always looking down and watching over us.

Others take on the card was that the two people weather the storm in the relationship together and depending on the surrounding cards you will see if it will survive. Does not have to be romantic relationship.
