What will happen if I choose X over Y?

So I can't decide where I want to submit my paper, but I'm leaning towards X. I am leaning towards a good outcome, what say you?

YYYAASSS just what I wanted to hear! lol. Well I'll let you know in a few months if the predictions are right, but I feel really good about this.

It really was a hasty decision- I was about to send it somewhere else and then by chance I found this other option and went with my intuition.
