yes its how i imagine it as well. he is trying to use his psychic powers towards me and control me in this way.

I saw this ...I'm not sure I agree about psychic powers, but I don't know the situation at hand.

Could it be he controls you (strength) by not speaking to you (the high priestess) or doing things he knows drives you crazy? (the moon)

I think he's playing mind games to control you and they're subtle enough he knows no one would believe you if you tried gaining an advantage over him. The High Priestess indicates everything non-verbal - so maybe it's that he doesn't speak to you / ignores you and that drives you crazy, i.e. controls you in a way.
