When asking abt someone else, is the 1st card drawn represent them? For example: How does Mike feel about me? card drawn: Knight of swords.

It can be, or not. Tarot is pretty ambivalent unless you develop a strong intuition. Does the Knight of Swords sound like the person you're reading for in general? The other cards can put it in context.
