Regarding if there's a new person coming in, would you say this person is from the past because of Rider + Stork + Lillies?

Am I also right in thinking this person won't stay since there's no permanent cards -or rather all the "heavy" cards are on the left in the past?

And what would you think of Tower + House + Lillies regarding a love life question? I couldn't make sense of it very well.

I don't know if I see a new person in this spread, unless the spread was for a guy then there's a new woman. But for a woman I'd expect to see the man or the bear and maybe heart and ring.

To me it seems the cards are saying the woman needs to spend less time at home and maybe try other things she did in the past to meet someone.
