As you (all) know, my love life is not and hasn't been precisely peachy. So, I am a little intrigued. Yes, I was asking about love. I dropped the 2 of Cups 3 times, once alone, once with the 3 of Swords (of course! I can't seem to have one without the other - or followed by the other..) and I don't remember the first time, there were several cards, some flipped, some not. But the 2 of Cups was flipped and I caught it. So, 3 times in, like, 10 minutes.. you have my attention, Universe.

I drew some cards asking what that was about.

5 Pentacles - Page Pentacles - Queen Pentacles
(ALL pentacles?! wtf??)

So I drew a clarifying card. Ace of Cups.

Right. Instead of playing silly games with me, dear Universe, you'd be more convincing if you actually sent my epic love story my way already.

I'm fed up with being told I should go about it like a Pentacle, I'm a WAND for goodness' sake! I ran out of all my patience years ago. And I don't want to be good anymore. Men don't appreciate good women.

The 2 of Cups, in this instance, couples with the Ace, is the result.

So the (same) story unfolds:

you reach a low point (which I believe happened like...yesterday right?? already in the past yeeeaahh!!) when only fate remains (remember the gloomy GT cards surrounding you?)

then the Page appears - he tells you to have faith, but also to be a bit "earthy" in your approach, as in down to earth, not otherwise plus....here comes your favorite part :drums: PATIENT hehehe

then this lady, this protector appears - maybe a messenger, a mediator, as the GT suggests too.

Then Mr. Soulmate!!! voila! what else? what more do you want than 2 and Ace of Cups? the cards are obvious!

No worries about the analysis, LeeLoo - you have helped immensely, and I don't know if I will ever be able to repay you.

The low state is ongoing, I'm afraid.. But you know, those with bad luck in love, have good luck in career. Just been promoted in 2 pretty influential positions - aside from the job I was promised which will probably come in January. So I don't get why all the Pents.. I'm doing ok professionally and financially. Really can't complain. I don't know many people being handed (very good) jobs, without even asking. So I guess your analysis of me and my boss was very accurate. I owe all this to him.

But it is also possible new work will also lead you to him, if we are to consider the 3 Pentacles in a row in this spread. Anyway, with the falling card and the clarification, this spread is about love, IMO.

Plus I guess I'm getting somewhat cautious - so maybe the Pentacles had a purpose for being there after all. Not just that I am reluctant in getting my hopes up again, but I am wondering how much of the classic scenario I envisioned for myself is what I actually want and need.

Those transits to my intercepted 7H ruler.. something is shifting in me.

So, I am either very clumsy, or the Universe found a way to send me messages (other than through troubling nightmares).

I dropped a card again, twice this time. I was shuffling and focusing on my question - how is my forever guy like? - and I dropped the 6 of Wands, followed by a block of cards, a few seconds later, in order: Queen of Wands - 9 of Pentacles - King of Wands - Page of Swords. The 6 of Wands was right behind the Page of Swords the way the fell. For a few seconds there I wondered if I don't have my spread already. But decided to keep shuffling and hand pick the cards myself. The 6 of Wands fell for the second time. Okay, okay, so it will happen - great! I'm still skeptical, Universe, it will take more than card tricks in my clumsy hands to get me to have faith again.

I drew 3 cards.

4 of Wands - Queen of Swords - King of Wands (again)

So, I think he is definitely the King of Wands (ohhhh, thank goodness, FINALLY, a Fire man! So done with Earth and Water!). I wonder who the Queen of Swords is. I am usually her, or the Queen of Wands, depending on which side of the bed I wake up - the lively optimistic or the cold cynical one. Or he could be attached. Hmm. Well, it's his right, he hasn't met me yet. 4 of Wands - I hope he's not married!!

Going back to beginning of story here.

The 5 of pentacles in a love reading is actually a good card. It does not mean the same as in a work related reading.

So you are going to be presented with an opportunity.
Which you came to find out later with other readings.
The 4 of wands in the later reading I take to mean a celebration of some kind, the queen of swords could be the house or party of the person where you will meet him. It is Christmas lots of people have parties! So don't sit at home.

Just my thoughts

I am definitely meeting new people, the sad lonely days are behind me. I don't have anyone in mind just yet, that this reading has hinted on, my favorite interest is a triple Virgo with Mars and Venus in Leo. I am definitely enjoying all the attention and interest shown to me, even though right now it's more knightofwandsy than 2ofcupsy.
