Apparently Lily is emotionally satisfying, long-term relationship sex, sex combined with love, as opposed to Whip or other "fling" cards. But it all depends on the meaning of that house and that card. Let's consider hCoffin - the house of endings. Roads is in there. If surrounding cards houses or pairs point to an already existing ending now ready for a new path, it may well mean a new path, with other pairs supporting this. So it makes sense for the pair to be Coffin + Bouquet (house + card).
