I downloaded a Tarot app but unsure if it's a clear accurate reading.

What do you guys think?

I personally do not like Tarot apps.
Just because I don't think you have that personal connection with the cards.
I prefer to look at the cards and lay them out in specific orders etc.

I also prefer interpreting Lenormand cards, because they have pictures and this really helps get an idea of how they are linked together - how they flow. The cards that i recently purchased have an accompanying book. This book helps me to look at the cards and interpret them.

I just prefer holding and shuffling them.

There's probably nothing wrong with the app, but as a newbie(?), you owe yourself the whole experience. To ensure you can really understand what you are doing.
