Park + Birds - Well we met in a group situation and there was a lot of chatting straight away.

Not too sure here...

The only thing I can think of is that now that he started working there's less opportunities to talk so that sucks.

the rest sounds good to me, especially the outcome as relocation, tower is also the border. But it could also mean moving further apart, as an alternative, I would have pulled a third card there, fro clarification.
