I was thinking about this too, especially with your spread: Child House Tree for her, it indicates one child, my guess, based on my cards, a girl (natural, but as a result of treatment, or adopted)
Cross + Roads could be a meaning here, when it comes to babies, for "insemination", rather than a no.

Actually, I interpreted ship child roads as the act of delivery, and negatively, as not keeping it.
But I wonder what Moon Cross is supposed to be in a motherhood spread.
I can see Ceri interpreted positively for me, although my initial idea is to see it as a negative sign.

The first 5 cards laid to answer the first question points to no pregnancy but not because of difficulties or trouble conceiving, but because you might have isolated yourself from posdible " inseminators", aka - choice of being single
