Why 5? 5 if the number of the "act of magic". When the material preparation and conditions are complete (the number 4), the 5th element (check my nickname hehe) can occur. It's the spark, the magical act.

Why 8? 8 is manifestation and solution. Completeness and death, all elements in place, the perfect theory - 7. Birth, resurrection, happening, event, real manifestation - 8.

I used mirroring here, since it is a rainbow, the rainbow is round and connects two points, so reading it radially makes more sense than just reading it as sequence; but of course, time line would probably remain from left to right.
I see Dani here as the 2 of Cups + page of swords, the KoC is the central card, most likely the godfather, and flanked by the conflict. There is a rupture between Dani on flanks and the central card
I have been borrowing this from leno recently, it seems to work.
It's focused on the central card as major theme.

Oh that is difficult, the challenge especially.
I am going away from my analytical mind, and say it intuitively - and my intuition can be SO wrong. lol- made me think of "indulging into too much alcohol".
Too much partying, which became the cause of the exchange of some sharp words.

But as I said, I can be totally wrong here.

Alternatively there could be a challenge here in hearing the news about indulging into much socializing in any kind of form, maybe there is just an overflow of emotions, too many feelings. But the cards are so positive actually, it is hard for me to see them as a challenge, except for maybe there has been an EXCESS of either feelings (leading to an emotional outburst, though this is not quite there in that spread) or well drinking, partying etc. Maybe also family or friends playing a challenging role.

It seems for me to tell a story, though ther emight be not much mirroring in my interpretation, it is pretty linear.

At the beginning you might have become aware that you closed your eyes to something going on, and you realized you needed to make a decision, a very tough choice, even though you did not want to.
The swords are crossing her heart, you sort of had to close your heart towards him, and retreat into your mind to do what needed to be done.

And that was being determined, taking control, and establishing some ground rules, boundaries and asserting them; as shown in the Emperor, YOU are the one controling that connection, at least to a big part.

Possibly that is the point you are at now. The patience-period, where the seed will slowly take roots and begin to grow inside.

All of that culminates into the Ace of Cups. While in hte recent past it was right and important to practice "tough love" and distance yourself and even shut yourself off emotionally a little bit, NOW is the time to open up and let all the emotions flow and show.

I loved both your readings for me, and they resonate much, but I have to sort out my thoughts to put them in an understandable order, and then will give you more feedback on it.

But maybe THAT is a challenge, that is impossible to tackle on.

You are right, I deserve more than a silver linen, but that is not really what this is about. Even though I have not yet figured out what this is really about.
Seems clear I want to have him in my life one way or another (sort of), just have to understand which way.

But apart from that he is someone who helps me to "become who I am", or become aware of who I am, it seems more easier to understand that when he`s around, which has nothing really to do with any kind of attraction or liking for him, but more some kind of weird resonance/ mirroring.
it is not that I am not myself when he is not there, it`s just that he has that tendency to push me so far out of my comfort zone and challenges me, that I am running out of excuses to NOT be my spontaneous Self. lol
And in those instances when I maanged to cling to the not so genuine Self of mine, it actually proved to be a bad decision, sometimes even desastrous.
The more "real" I am (and I am still getting to know the "real me") the more positive or real the interaction and his response seems to be, spanning from almost too kind-respectful to playfully-teasing.
Though it leans to the latter for the last instances.

Anyway, the spreads tell me to actually keep on doing what I have started to do, just in an even more expressive way. So funny, too, your spreads remind me SO much of the last time, when he figured out I was being a teacher. lol
I can`t really hide my education, I admit it, and I am certainly more intellectually inclined than he is, and your spread also tells me that there is nothing wrong with that.

I am thinking perhaps the challenge is related to timing as well, some specific moment (whenever Moon appears, I look or that). I see the beginning of a journey there, so maybe the courage to do it, and the New Moon
