You should really have a great financial, money, practical talent. You are able to beginn material/physical projects. This talent can bring you material success. Maybe you would be a great investment banker or something like that. the 5 of cups indicates that you are really not aware of that and/or that you are also able to no get emotionally involved, remain clear-headed when noone else does

-> stamina, you can hold on - and watch the stock market and the chariot indicates that you can lead and conduct projects

-> you are too busy to do that and to practical to consider that. Maybe you think becoming a financial consultant would not possible anymore- or you are just too realistic

We have here a Taurus-Scorpio axis, interesting. It looks like a talent at dealing with money and posessions, yours and others. Even if you're going through a dry period, you're good at coping with the resources you have. This is probably gonna sound boring but you should do well as an accountant/stockbroker/investor. How about investing in art and gems? QoP would like that. 8oW indicates an easiness in going for what you want, tendency to complete tasks and knowing when to hit. I think these cards somewhat fit your headhunter gig (you gather human resources for someone).
2. Queen of Cups, Devil
