You know, I usually pull at least a card after: Tower, Death, Hanged Man. They are mostly turning points, so it's worth seeing what they lead to. I always thought that 10P is good for career. Personally, I also interpret 10W as a little success, though coming about with much more work. Still I don't mind hard work as long as I see positive results. I'll take your interpretation though since you drew the cards.
