Well doesn`t it look similiar?

We have a Page as central card, again with the child-theme. LOL
Here it indicates that this event came into being through hard dedicated work, but also youthfulness, and there will be a lot of admiration and appreciation (I love this Page actually).

Flanking cards Ace of swords + 3 of cups
the decision to have fun and enjoy the nigh. LOL
However that festivity and celebration is really based on something you did with your mind, either creatively or intellectually.

we see the Knight of Wands rushing into the party suddenly and bringing with him a lot of enthusiasm, energy and passion (is this the Rider from the other spread?)
it mirrors judgement, and later that night there will be a reevaluation happening and decision-making.

after this entry however there seems to be some sort of "stuck-phase", 9 of wands and 4 of pentacles both such defensive hesitant cards, a waiting period, here, too. if the Knight of wands is really a person than maybe neither of you wants to realy make the first move and approaching the other. But they are also intense cards, there might be a lot of staring here.

you can see these stubborn cards are mirroring wonderful loving cards (the lovers + 10 of cups) so it is really just a waiting period, a breathing pause.

One of you however will make the first move and approach the other, and I hope it will be him, showing you his appreciation. and what better Page to get for a possible new beginning than the Page of Cups.

So here the Page of Cups mirrors 5 of wands.
I detect quite a bit of playful teasing and flirting, also a rush of creativity, poetry in motion, maybe dancing?

and from there the love keeps unfolding and deepening, the utmost happiness with the 10 of cups, the feeling of belonging (also the creative environment maybe) leading into the lovers, of course it is love here! but with judgement following we have two cards that deal with decision making. You will have to decide if you give the love a chance.

and with th 3 of cups I think you will, there will be a lot of partying going on, celebrating, maybe both, your success that night at the event but also the possible reconciliation.

I am thinking his wife may be present here and maybe you two look at each other. Anyway, I think you are the Queen here and there seems to be an exchange with you two, you are being mirrored (you and P.), something striking hahah with Tower, but also "stolen" so to speak

It makes sense for the page to be the theme, I see this card as someone with a microphone, singing

I wonder if the spread doesn't begin with the journey there too: I see the preparation ( 2 of pents) the night of the event and you making yourself shine like a star (Star) then the journey there: 6 of sw. Are you going with someone? knight of wands. or maybe this shows the transportation: white horse haha just kidding.

The Tower - before - have often indicated some unpredictable (for me) events that felt rather dramatic to me, resulting in a shift of perspective, and usually involved him pushing a microphone near my face, and I am usually avoid going near microphones. lol
I cannot always avoid it, as sometimes I have to speak to larger groups as a teacher.
But who knows what it will be this time? Could be something completely different.

I actually prefer it this way, I doubt my family would really understand and especially my mom would NOT be amused about his semi-professional way of performing on his personal band-concerts, which sometimes involves having to read the lyrics to a song from his smartphone, receiving phonecalls while singing, talking too much, including bad jokes, running up and down the stage and barbequeuing his audience or being just silly like it is a children`s birthday party. No, I don´t see my Mom agree with that style!
Luckily I am not my mom, and to me it is like a fresh breeeze, it`s just fun (and honestly, he still delivers a great show and singing, and I mean, seriously he has a program of 3 hours officially, and at least 3 and a half inofficially, cause usually you have to TEAR him off stage, he wouldn´t leave on his own. lol And if he does, I know something is VERY wrong).

So I guess Knight of Wands must be transportation then.

Well, this is a crowded spread hahaha it shows many people are involved in your relocation or they will be. I can see that in the past, as the story started, there were attempts for you to move, but somehow an announcement lead to the abandonment of the plans, in the past. Ace of cups-are you trying to relocate back at your place of birth? I also wonder if your relocation destination is a monarchy country or a former imperial country? One of Europe’s famous empires maybe?
2 of swords is the heart of the spread, which means you are or about to be at a crossroad about it, with major decisions to be taken in this respect. It seems the relocation may depend on a man or I think here Emperor stands for authorities approving it. In the past, it seems to have been a legal decision, perhaps a rejection, in relations to this: maybe a woman was involved, justice + queen of swords. I think all these figures after the 2 of sw especially the emperor and the queen stand for authorities. It is interesting to consider them, including the 2 of sw, as custom authorities, visa authorities or something like that. I needed to have a little think on the meanings combined, it was a little hard for me. I think it is describing your working life.

So you have been feeling a little disatisfied and are working on some changes in your life at present. There will be a union, possibly a new job, you will be working hard, there is prosperity but you may feel that you are losing, however with the ace of diamonds as the next card, there will be a new beginning, and you will be feeling a sense of security and will be going through a very creative phase. I think the Jack of Spades will be a collaborator as AD can be a union in work. Then you may get to a point of feeling that you and the JoS don't work well together or there is a lack of co-operation and you may feel at a cross roads, maybe even just some stubborness between you. I noticed that AH was reversed. AH rev is a good card but points to feeling stuck too, the outcome will be changes, this can also point to relocating - separating from your home(AH).
