Huh nice! interesting combo with queen of wands, there are two queens in your spread, maybe two of my manifestations? I often come up as the qoW too. Intriguing combo, with Death + Temperance after this queen. Apart from what you said, what is important about this major arcana pair is that temperance comes after death in tarot, it's the next card, so we have something like a countdown 13,14 etc I think it may speak of the proper timing being set for this, or triggered by me: QoW. 2 of wands in the middle looks like a gate, the gate between death and temperance, some sort of resurrection, a rite of passage. I have to think about this combo, it is intriguing.

no, why do you think so??

5 of pents is about sticking in there, no matter what, until the end. and 2 of cups is reunion and/or success, if one sticks in there (5 of pents) and becomes this queen. it's a clear yes to me. 5 of pents is not necessarily a negative, "no" card. here it shows resilience and reach the end of the wish.
