ah no, please don't feel sorry for "bad" spreads, please! (especially facing the fact that i don't believe that much in spreads but free will ) It is not you who cause that. I sometimes get bad spreads as well and it always makes me feel bad myself

I do too!! That's the reason I never ask first "Will I get (this or that)?" I always ask, "What should I do to get this or that?" Only after I applied that advice, I ask if I'm on the right track and if the answer is "no," I ask again "What do I have to change about me to get it?" Sometimes the mental decision alone to change something will change the spread drastically.
