I think it has something to do with you. He wishes he was free to pursue you, at this point he knows he totally would (King, Knight) if the circumstances were different but you, the High Priestess/Queen of Cups/Empress are out of his touch (HP, 4 of Cups) and it sucks (3 of Swords). Maybe he isn't trying to fake smiles so that you know that he cares and caring hurts in this case.

The spread shows some interesting cards.

King of Pentacles often comes up when it focuses on his role as father/ husband (he also comes up as Emperor, King of Wands or King of Swords even sometimes).

Empress could be his wife, even though she usually comes up as Queen of Pentacles, but she is pregnant so I guess Empress would make sense, though I am not that certain as this being her identity card. Empress also of course has other implications. But Highpriestess that is usually me in regards to him, or how he sees me (sometimes I also come up as Queen of Cups or in some cases as Queen of Wands).

And the 3 of swords has been a constant companion of the spreads dealing with this "situation", so your cards seem to confirm previous spreads.

I think also the 4 of chalices in this regard might indicate that there was an option, he never thought would be possible, and it has something to do with me (Highpriestess). I guess he only recently became aware that I would have been interested in a more personal sense (I always played it close to the chest I guess, in this case TOO close), but of course by now it`s too late.
Personally I find the awareness of it liberating, even if knowing it doesn`t change the fact it`s impossible, but in a weird way, the realization that there really was something or could have been something, is reassuring enough for me.
I guess it might be different for him though.
Also I guess the responsibility he has to carry might wear much on him (he obviously hadn`t been too happy about her becoming pregnant, when it happened the first time around; at least my aquaitance said he mentioned it back then - though he does dote on his son totally now. No question about it.)

You story (sigh) man I'm sad now. Like I said star crossed, full of feelings, why the hell did he chose her!

On a much lighter note, you've seen Jude Law on stage OMG! <3 I've seen some of his movies love him his voice sounds so strange yet so so like it reels you in. Yes I've read there is lots of plays and Broadway things I would soooo go! I love the fact that British actors emphasize on stage acting I so wanted to see "bend it like Beckham" just to see Jamie Campbell Bower - don't judge me but he is beautiful!

I know Tom Hardy, Hiddleston, James McAvoy <333 do some stage acting, If anything I would love to see James I compared our synastry and its utter bliss lol I haven't heard of many British actors other than the mainstream ones but I'm sure there are many fantastic ones in British cinema. Music wise I've heard there are tons of music festivals and so many bands!

2 years after that, when we "re-connected" (after a very crappy phase and decision of mine) and I actualy approached him after an event, in which he had been standing in my back all night, we even looked at each other and even in staring at each other managed to ignore each other. LOL
Anyway when I talked to him at the end of that event, it once again struck me, how close he was standing, almost like he wanted to crawl into me. I mean seriously, one step closer and either we both would have bumped into each other and fallen to the ground or would have to hug. lol
I wonder if he does that with everyone, maybe it is just his way of being.
Maybe he doesn`t need that much of physical space, being an actor and all.

Yeah well not so.

I am so stubborn, and I was bent on believing he would not like me at all and I was just being silly.

Heck 2 months later on a concert (new Years eve) for some reason I thought he was deliberately ignoring me and got paranoid and so upset about it that I intended to never see his face again. ever and disappear.
I remember at the end of it, when the lights were on again and I was on my way out, I turned back to the stage one more time, to see him squatting on stage, and apparently wanting to pack his things there, but in that moment simply kneeling there and looking up at me, who was standing in the distance. And it was like he had a lot of questionmarks in his eyes, but I had been so sure he had deliberately ignored me and was so caught up in being upset, that i simply turned around and left and stayed disappeared for the next 8 months.

(funny enough just a few weeks after that he published a selfcomposed song, which started with the words: "Why didnīt you talk to me?" and the rest of the stanzas at least, not the refrain, had suspiciously much resemblance with how this story went down between us. with the misunderstandings, confusion and so on. O fcourse I would never think he wrote that song about me, but still, weird coincidence).

I did eventually reappear, he definitely noticed, I didn`t believe he did recognize me, I kept back withdrawing again. Some weird episodes followed with managing to ignoring each other while pretty much being in such close proximity that we almost touched each other. I mean I remember one concert where in the break he would pretty much appear everywhere I was, but not really talk to me. He was just always near, to the point that I almost felt like he did that intentionally. lol

Anyway shortly after that he got into a relationship, the baby happened (in his own words more or less "accidentally" and he wasn`t too happy about the timing), but anyway things are as they are, he got married, settled into it.

I had disappeared once again, mostly because I was doing some work on myself, like losing a lot of weight, and then about 9 months later we reconnected as I said (ironcially the month she got pregnant. lol) but after that occasion I was gone from view again, and then when showing up again a year later, it was on that concert when he seemd so off balance and blurting out that I was driving him crazy. Maybe I really was.

Anyway, curously things have actually improved a lot from that moment on, at least we are able to communicate. And I don`t feel like I need to pretend I have never seen him before. I know that much of it was my fault, and he also knows now that much of it was because I was shy and insecure (because I told him that, well not in terms of our connection, but just generaly, but judging from the expression in his eyes when I saw him the night after that, he put some dots together, that probably never had made any sense). And the meeting in that restaurant he scheduled (With a bunch of fans, about maybe 30 or 40 people alltogether) was amazing, especially in terms of the rapport we had.
of course by now things might get weirder again. As they always do. But I am getting used to it, that is just how it is.

Because she was there, she adored him (Jeez, I could never be THAT adoring, and I am the fan, while she is the wife. lol) , she gave him his son (and another one at the end of march), she supports him, she gives him a stable home I guess, and probably because he loves her.

Though that twitter motto he posted shortly after getting married, gives my Sagittarius-soul serious creepy goosebumps:
"livin' on the road, sing that same old song, do what you've been told, know where you belong!"

That makes me shudder, and gives me serious feelings as if I suffocate, just by reading that nunsense.

I sincerely hope this is not what he really thinks. He deserves more than "doing what he`s told to do".

My Cap Moon is progressed and solar arc'ed into Aquarius the thought of being with one single person for the rest of my life really has me on edge to be honest it freaks me out! I use to be all about "together forever until the end of our time" not looking forward to having my moon progress/solar arc'ed into Pisces

Jude's voice is just raspy and so so can't describe.

It`s just not how I have known him before, seems so far from his earlier cheerful upbeat personality.
