I did a next week love spread for myself. I asked: How will next week look like for me in a love area?

I got: COFFIN - DOG - LILY - SUN - CLOVER (+ clarification: FISH).

For some reason I don't see much love in this spread; but on the other hand I do see something happening on bussines area... I am not sure if coffin at the beginning represents me moving on from something old or it implies that something bad will happen...

Coffin doesn't necessary mean bad. It can be change, reincarnation and transformation.

Before you start thinking that this is a negative spread, I think you have to understand the rest of the cards separately. For example (generally speaking), dog = friendship, loyalty; lily = intimacy, sexuality, sun = passion, energy and clover = luck, happiness.

You really need to understand the meaning of each card before you try to read them as a "sentence" or message.

Also, what I try to do is focus my mind on the middle card as that is the main theme of the spread. If I read cards from Left to Right and suspect that I haven't quite fully understood... I use mirroring.

So I'll read 1-2-3-4-5 first
Then I'll take notice of card 3
Then I would do 1+5 and 2+4
Usually, step 3 will confirm what step 1 has already said; if it doesn't really... Then you know you've done something wrong.

You're spread suggests to me that things are going to change and your relationship with someone will grow intensely deeper, quite suddenly. That coffin is not bad when you consider the rest.

Actually I find it for me to be easier reading five-card spread than the one with three cards.

When I saw cards that I pulled, my first thought was that there will be either some sort of transformation of my relationship with a friend involved or an old interest (in a form of a friend) could come back and our relationship could be renewed.

What confused me, was the Lily in the middle and clover at the end. I often see Lily as indication of ‘an old soul’ or ‘older partner’ or ‘partner’ in general. And Clover often comes up when there is a glimpse of happiness but not long-lasting. But with the coffin at the beginning I probably just wasn’t confident enough to see the positive side of this card.

I often read how Leno cards sometimes actually can show us more than we want or are showing us that this, what we are focused on at the moment, isn’t actually than important for us.

So in this case I somehow got the feeling that a love area might not be this, what I should (or will) be focus on this week.

Is there someone?

Because to me with the Coffin at the start means love area is at a standstill, nothing much is going on.

I do think you'll have a pleasant week hanging out with a friend/s.

But yeah in terms of love... Not sure.

If you're thinking about a specific person best to ask how will my week be with X?

For me the first card can represent the current situation, that's why a coffin in a love spread as the first spread showed nothing much there... if the other cards were heart, ring, sun, birds, stars, man/woman - I'd see it as a new beginning perhaps.
