what i mean with "no connection" is that sometimes the cards do not vibrate.
sometimes they start sticking together, clumping, feeling cold and inflexible in my hands, and then I know, NOW is not a good moment to do that.

About 6 of Cups Devil...it looks very interesting. Personally, I don't recommend yes/no spreads with two cards unless the second is a clarifier for the first. But often you get to this position, which is having one yes card, one no card, when you choose to do yes/nos with 2 cards. IMO, yes/no spreads are the most difficult, with any kind of cards. Usually it's important to look at the prevalence of negative vs positive and one can easily get stuck if one card is no, the other is yes. In which case I recommend a clarifier.

For that question, the appearance of 6 of cups is very strong, being the one card in Tarot about people from the past, as you said. Which is probably self explanatory. I didn't get the part about the Devil and fear in the context, since Devil (although having fears as meaning) is here part of a yes/no spread. I think it is interesting the Devil means among other things: 1. a strong bond from the past ( in the context) 2. but also ignorance, which could mean: no, you don't know him. I would pull a clarifier on Devil or an additional card with the question: does she know him or not (the cards that fell don't look helpful to me, since they are contradictory with one another; of course they must mean something, but they don't seem to help you in finding the yes no answer). IMO, the purpose of a yes/no spread is to give a clear yes/no answer.

I think the King of Wands stands for Leo and the 5th house.
