I asked if he has romantic feelings for me and got this in response:

Book + Heart + Stork + Lily + Stars

I guess that he has some sort of feelings for me, is attracted also and those feelings are changing (as of Stork?), and he keeps them in secret (or he himself does not admit it to himself as well yet).

What do you think?

Not sure, whether this is still relevant, since it has been a month, since you asked a question, but to me Book + Heart + Stork + Lily + Stars looks like he secretly admires you and will do something to positively evolve the relationship between the two of you. This change will probably happen due to his personal growth (maturity). If you two become a couple, you will fulfil each other’s dreams. On a more fun note: Lily + Stars could also indicate great sex.
