I did a spread yesterday for someone and I don't understand the cards generally deemed positive in the position of card 9.. Hopes /fears.. In the spread, they had the 9 of swords come up in the card 8 and the tower in card 10 as the final outcome.. Could card 9 symbolize what they're grieving about in card 8 with the 9 of swords? How could a card such as the world be interpreted in that position and what would the combinations mean? Tarot is pretty new for me to delve into and I haven't had much luck with google.. Anyone else out there more experienced with it?

Card 1 is the reversed magician overlapped by the four of pentacles..
