Here is your monthly spread which I just did.

Week 1 - Nov 1-7

Tree - Bear - Man

Aside from the traditional meaning of health (tree + bear + man may mean a man you've known for a long time is having health problems which may affect you too), this combination speaks of something that is long-standing, it has “roots.” It can mean a meaningful or karmic connection; and on the flip-side it could show boredom, and perhaps inertia. In any case, a man you've known for a long time will be taking a central stage during this week.

Week 2 - Nov 8-14

Crossroad - Whip - Garden

This is going to be a week of drama or being involved in an argument or simply being around people who argue and don't like each other. Things may have taken a wrong or difficult turn, problems arise you weren’t expecting to face

Week 3 - Nov 15-21

Clouds - Tower - Birds

You will be thinking a lot about the past. There may be also thinking/worries about gossip or unverified information. You will feel alone and misunderstood. Problems with authorities or government representatives. Things will improve by the end of the period by having a proper dialog.

A necessary action is needed and important discussions will happen during this week. If you’ve been struggling with something, whip+ key means you will have success after the struggles.

Uncertainty prevails. Harmony will be disrupted. Sex if any will be unsatisfactory. At least the clouds are a passing influence. Thinking about news - whether to deliver it or what it means after you receive it, ‘guessing’ that something is wrong with someone before they tell you, you may pick up news from unusual sources

This shows a great, long lasting luck with money this week.. being lucky with money, money arriving very soon.

Week 4 - Nov 22-28

Seems like there will be an “ending” of a woman who was negative towards you.
The other meaning of this combo could be a chance an inheritance.. Seems like an ending, an ending of someone, after which the things start moving quickly after stagnation. Especially with Week 3 showing a lucky streak, I wonder what that means for you financially wise. Not bad at all, thou.

Week 1
4H 7C QS

1st week centres around your emotional life, I think you might feel things are a bit stuck, I think you are the QS here. I pulled to clarify and got 3H and JH, seems to be related to indecision you feel around a male who loves you or discussions with him - 3H can sometimes be a reunion, perhaps you fight and make up again, but i do feel some indecision.

Week 2

AC AH 6H

Much better this week. New beginnings on the horizon. Communication around your home/emotional life. 6H can show a deepening relationship/friendship or maybe nostalgia. I pulled to clarify and got AS 2S 6C, these cards suggest a transformation and in the end improvements too. This coincides with the main spread, improvements in the emotional life, and with the 6H some nostalgia

Week 3

10H 3S JH

This week also centres around your emotional life and unless your intending to go to a wedding the 10H is a card of commitment. 3S suggests some frustration or arguments with a male, I think it is the same person from week 1. I pulled three cards to clarify, and got JC 3H 5D, it seems to be in relation to some indecision and 5D suggests to me exchanges of either money or communication. I think it is an up/down kind of week there.

Week 4

KC 8D 6C

This week centres mainly around your working life, I think you will be working hard, but also things look good this week, looks like there will be progress with work/money things. I pulled JD and 9C to clarify,I think you will receive some news in relation to work/money, also I think there will be changes in how you look at things.

Week 5

3S JS KC

This week centres around two males, and possibly some frustrations. Alternatively the JS can show someone who is feeling a little bit troubled and will be discussion their frustrations with a male(could be related to work the same guy from Week 4).

Overall theme

4S 6H 10D

I think overall theme is might be feeling a bit tired of somethings and will want to at times spend sometime by yourself, however looks to be a deepening of a relationship/friendship despite some up/downs and good things at work are going to be coming up. It looks to be an up/down kind of month but there seems to be some foundations setting too.

Week 1: Book + Mountain (+ Clover + Stars)

These cards suggest that a secret may emerge which relates to a 'new beginning' or 'new opportunity' which is linked to your dreams or plans for the future. There's a possibility that this 'new beginning' may be related to astrology or a medical condition related to the skin; but I don't get that feeling from these cards. I think that the 'new beginning' is linked to your dreams and plans; and that a secret or hidden information develops or comes to light which blocks your progress in this area.

Week 2: Crossroad + Tower (+ Fox)

These cards suggest that you will make a decision that may lead you to a lonely place. There's a possibility that the lack of progress experienced in week one urges you to make a decision - one that means that you have to 'go it alone' or make a decision which is not fully supported by those on you. The decision you make may actually lead you to an authoritative source and perhaps you may be forced to consult an expert in a particular field. If this is not the case, you will be standing alone as you see "beneath the surface" - you have a wit/cleverness about you (fox).

Week 3: House + Letter (+ Birds)

These cards suggest that you may either receive a message at home or be dealing with matters linked to the home or home - e.g. buying/selling/corresponding about a property. The documentation is likely to lead to additional conversation - negotiating/revisions to documents etc. Alternatively, the documents received may lead to increased anxiety/worry, but these are quickly calmed through additional conversation.

Week 4: Whip + Child (+ Stork)

These cards suggest that perhaps conversations/discussions/arguments from the week before could lead to a new beginning or new understanding between the parties involved. Alternatively, you may have a disagreement about or with a small child. Regardless of who the argument is with though, it is likely that the argument will about "changes"!

Week 5: Coffin + Cross (+ Scythe)

These cards suggest two completely different outcomes for the week. The first is that you may develop an illness (likely a cold) which will affect you during the last week of October. It might be that you experience an alternative illness which is brought on from the issues/stress you have experienced throughout the month. Conversely, these cards suggest that suffering/stress that you have experienced throughout the month will come to an end. The presence of the scythe indicates that it is more likely to be the second scenario, but it may also indicate that any short term illness is likely to be experienced sudden.

Week 1

5S 2C 9H

While I shuffled the 10C fell out.Unless you are planning on travelling I think it means you will have alot on this week, possibly also alot of communication too. I think you will start of the week feeling a bit disatisfied with somethings, think it is emotional related. You will be having a dicussion i think about a relatioship and the outcome looks good. I clarified with 9S QH and AS, I think you are the QH here, so I think you will start of feeling disatisfied and worried about something in relation to your love life but I think this changes by the end of the interval.

Week 2

5D 7H 10C

This week you will be having some exchanges of communication or money that will leaving you to have some doubts emotionally, you might end the week feeling like you have alot of things on, however as 10's are approaching the end of a cycle 10C show a new beginning will be on the horizon. I clarified with 3S, KH, JS. Looks like some frustrating communication with a male, I think the JS with the 10C represents someone with having alot on their mind. However 10C makes me feel this is temporary feeling.

Week 3

9C JC qD

I think there will be changes in comunication between you and a male. I clarified with 8C 8S 9S. I think perhaps someone maybe be abit stubborn about something, and there maybe some obstacles it seems to be in relation to communication. These are obstacles that can be overcome through work but I think you will end the week feeling abit worried, I pulled one more card and got AH rev, you might feel things are a bit stuck. I should also note the in my deck the QD and JC are looking towards each other, I think the frustrations of the week mainly relate to communication with each other.

Week 4

7S 3C 3D clarify: 3H QC

Follows through from the previous week, you might start the week feeling a bit defeated. Mainly a week of decisions indecisions and discussions, looks to be in all areas of life - work and emotional. JD was upright when i spread the cards out, seems to be you might be feeling anxious about a few things this week. Otherwise JD can represent a person who is the theme of the week.

Week 5

10H KH 2H

Month ends on a very nice note, seems you will be ending the month with things between you and a being more stable feeling solid. 10H can be commitment and 2H can be union. I clarified further with 5S KC 9H, now 5's can sometimes show changes and I think it means things changing from the previous weeks of uncertainty and 9H being the wish card i think it means the month ending on a high note emotionally wise.

Overall Theme

3H 6S 10S 8D JH

I think making decisions and movements, some anxieties too, and working things through with a male(seems to be someone from emotional side of life). JD was upright again when i laid out the cards either this represents him, or the maybe the anxious feelings at times. But looks to end on a good note.
