So I think this means that this will be a year of investing in something, doing work and being patient. Even if it does not LOOK like it will have great results, just let the seed grow and do its work. You will be surprised at the results.
With two court cards coming up I think people will play a role in that, too, though I could think that maybe you will combine the traits of the Queen of Cups with the Page of Swords. Using your head and your heart. Being warm gentle, compassionate and creative, but at the same time also make swift changes, do not hesitate if an opportunity rises up (and have trust that you put enough work into it to make the soil fertile just like the 7 of pentacles implies), and of course there will be a lot of conversing and chatting, and very honest and straightforward verbal exchange of thoughts.

If you do that, the 9 of cups will be the outcome: complete inner emotional satisfaction in the anticipation of all the wonderful things that will come to you.

Main spread clarified by; Knight of Cups, Queen of swords, 10 of cups

I think there is an emphasis on the 10 of cups and Knight of pents as the popped up while i shuffled. This seems to be one of the main theme of things going to happen this year.

I think the cards are saying you are undergoing tranformations this year, dont over think or worry(9 swords in the past position - so leave worries in in the past) embrace the ace of cups and be willing to open your heart. Which will lead you to the knight of pentacles and commitment?

I think this spread is highlighting romance on its way(knight of cups) maybe leading to a committment(10 cups). With a Knight of pents Guy. The Queen of swords along with the Ace of cups(a hand holding up a cup) makes me also think of sharing your wisdom with others as the knight of pents is also someone who is a bringer of news, and the 10 of cups is a group of people. I think it is a combination of all but I mainly feel this spread is more about your emotional life.
