The fact that you experienced tingling in your third eye is amazing. And that too by simply reading a message on meditation. Wow!

I think you would make great strides through meditation. Perhaps you are on the threshold of developing greater psychic abilities through opening your third eye - which is what the sensation was trying to tell you.

Meditation can be done in many ways. It is easier when you focus on your breath. You could simply do quiet and slow breathing exercises. Breathe in for 8 counts, hold for 6 or 8, and breathe out for 8 counts. Just do this for five minutes to still the mind. Focus on the sensations. Also ask your higher self to show you the path that you need to follow.

Thank you GK. The tigers eye was an example but im not sure what stones where on the braclet. They were little black beads and there was a little Buddha. The tag on the braclet had the meaning of Buddha on it and something about meditating. Funny that when i was younger i used to have couple of stones, one of them being a tigers eye. I didnt know what the purpose was i just thought it was pretty

Thanks also astro for your reply. I had deleted my OP as i think i had figured it out, i put the cards up again for reference. I did have these sensations before, in some situations, it doesnt bother me, but i do wonder what it means. I was wondering if this current situation had a meaning behind it as it was only happening when i was looking at this, when i left it it went away. I wasnt sure if it was to look more into sprituality in a general sense or to meditate. I think after further reading on the cards(also looking at the pictures on the cards) I think perhaps it means to meditate. To be honest I think meditation isnt something that i would enjoy, but i guess i wont know without trying. I will think about it.
