Topic: Question- and ALL spreads/readings are off

Have you ever experienced this? You ask a question, pull cards yourself or aks others to do so, the predictions resp. cards are all well...and then the opposite happens!  I have already experienced that several times. First i noticed that with questions re. headhunting. The spreads like never turn out to be true  I would double check and see positive cards only but reality proves the spreads to be wrong. God knows why. Or the opposite has happened as well: the cards say no to one candidate- and then they would hire him Also, questions if a person or doctors office calls: everyone incl myself would say yes- but no phone call. Or all cards say no- but then i receive a phone call I find this particularly disheartening

yes this happens. in those cases i go back to simple questions like:

yes, I had a vacation from give-receive readings as well.readings do have a lot to do with energy and concentration. IP: Logged |

maybe i should do that as well i can understand that with Cards but Cards + Intuition = fail -> wtf happened?  i mean you can misinterpret Cards but if a bunch of Readers PLUS intuitive Readers are ALL wrong, i really start wondering why IP: Logged |

in my opinion there are two types of reading:
#1: feed my bubble
#2: bond by honestyboth approaches of a reading is simple energy that a reader can pick upon. btw: how is my tarot chart for you doing so far?

IME the problem with regarding any card as *positive* or *negative* limits the interpretation and seeing the spread as a whole entity.I try to remain neutral when reading, and read the journey through the cards, and try to avoid judgement on whether the outcome will be "good" or "bad".
Too many other factors influence whether something is good or bad, beyond the scope of tarot IMO. IP: Logged |

Sorry to hear that, but yes, ti happens. Well to be honest I never expect readings to be true, though they often are a good pathway to connect to what I really think or feel about an issue. But pure future-readings? Well I am most surprised IF they turn out to be true.
Interestingly in the collective Reading thread they often did for me! Which amazes me.

...or it's a question of timing that thing hasn't happened yet.In my experience, the cards are 99% true, almost always. But sometimes their message is not what it appears at first glance. There is also the phenomenon of reading for oneself or for someone close. We tend to minimize the negative part of the message and maximize the positive one.
