Karmic relationship - for sureAs for the other interpretation I am not sure. Could be a heartfelt relationship that ends in divorce and separation yes. Or in a more positive light, a love that will grow slowly and be like a protection or save harbour to those in it. Or a love that starts in a hospital.
Or a love that will very slowly grow towards an official status.
To be honest though if I see Tower ending a spread starting with heart, I usually get a feeling of separation and isolation.

Thank you, Ceri!  wow, so many possibilities  however: i thought "separation" as well. However, when i asked if they get back together, i saw positive cards only, def. a reunion
That's why i do not get that tower.
Maybe it will take longer to come back together or they would separate in the end
