Topic: First impression spread

Well today was the first day of school again, and our new assisting headmaster (no clue how the term is in English. lol, the second in command so to speak) was there, too. (first time).
And since he is teaching the same subjects as me, he was partaking in our small conference of our team of just 4 colleagues in fact, and I am sort of the teamleader (which I never wanted to be, the others just don`t let me quit.  )
Anyway I was wondering what an impression I left on him, as first impressions are important and he basically is going to be our second boss.
I pulled cards on this and got
Chariot - 3 of cups - World
How would you interprete that?
(I guess the 3 of cups might relate to the friendship-vibration that exists between me and my colleagues, as we are constantly joking around, though still getting a lot of work done actually)
