I first came upon "Lazarus" when I was looking for an asteroid related to devilish tendencies in the personality of someone in a natal chart. There's an asteroid named "Lazarus". Then I saw it two more times, the last time being five minutes ago. Doesn't it mean death/devil/dead rising? I'm worried.

As far as I know is he the patron of the beggars and poor people. He went to heaven.
The Lazarus effect - Retrieval of animal species that are considered extinct.
Lazarus phenomenon - Known in medicine for an apparent resurrection.

In my opinion Lucifer is more the bad guy and Lazarus is more a phoenix that rises one more time.

Lazarus is mentioned in the bible twice and is a Christian saint. You may want to see if that relates to you.
