Topic: 8 of cups & 8 of wands meaning?

I did a reading for myself in regards to how someone feels about me and got
the death -in the past (thankfully)The 8 of cups in the present(understandable) 8 of wands in the future(super confused) I can't understand how the 8 of cups/wands go to together positively. Does this mean that his feeling are fleeting fast? or that he wants tell me about his feeling all of sudden. Thankx IP: Logged |

Yes, that was my first thought, too, especially with the 8 of cups in the middle, the 8 of wands could mean a quick departure to freedom. But I did not dare writing this because it seems just so depressing.  and also she asked about FEELINGS, so I am not sure this interpretation really is valid in this context. IP: Logged |

I think if the 8 of cups was in the future position it would make sense that things were coming to an end quickly or if it was the 8 of wands and then death.But with death in the past, and the 8 of cups in the present, I think it means old feelings are dead in the past, and something else is evolving quickly. We aren't together either, this was based on a fight I had with an ex, and now wondering whats going on in his head especially feeling wise. I think if I had gotten the death, 8 of cups, 5 of cups, and 3 of swords in the future I'd be pretty upset, But not seeing death or the 8 of cups in the future is reassuring.

yes, there is an change coming fast with the 8 of wands. Question is in this case is this about the arrows of love finally striking or is it about liberation/ freedom (as can also be a meaning of 8 of wands)? IP: Logged |
