My interpretation is:
I feel yes A thinks of B but thinks what a upheaval disaster the connection turned out to be something that shook them up. Sorrow grief sadness is what A thinks. A feels unattached out in the cold no happy warm feelings like insecure isolated left IP: Logged |

Is that possible that there was some kind of fight between these people? Maybe A person is contemplating how B person hurt him/her and/or how ugly things turned between them.Or A might think B is a real drama king/queen and should be avoided. Or, there could also be some cheating going on which eventually turned out, and A thinks that B is now very hurt after the upheaval, and is in a very bad shape.
