Hi, I am having trouble interpreting a reading I did to myself (these are the toughest for me). It was a three options reading trying to decide between two routes of studies in three different institutes. I pulled three cards + conclusion card for each option. These were the results:
1. 5 of swords, queen of swords, two of pentacles, conclusion: 10 of wands.
2. 3 of swords, page of wands, page of cups, conclusion: 10 of cups.
3.The magician, king of cups, the tower, conclusion: the star.I guess the reading points to either 2 or 3. Which is better as a conclusion: 10 of cups or the star? And what is the meaning of 3 of swords in option 2 and the tower in option 3, in otherwise positive readings? Could it be that there would appear a very negative card, and than such a positive card in the conclusion? Does it mean that there would be obstacles? I don't know if to listen to the cards anymore, because it seems to me that the most convenient option for me right now would be 1, yet I pulled for it such weak cards... Before I pulled the cards I tried online readings, but has decided I better pull the cards myself. Can this cause the reading to be less reliable? Thank you! IP: Logged |

My take:
#1 There is thinking included with those swords and a balancing flavour.
Conlusion: more creative and passionate new start.
#2 A fresh new start with passion and creative ideas.
Conclusion: more family and feeling related new start.
#3 With the Magician all of the abilities will be trained. You may leave more things behind with the Tower than with the 5 of swords.
Conclusion: A total renewal of the self and a riskier road.IP: Logged |

Even though, GeminiKarat, 3 of swords is a negative card. 10 of wands is also not that positive..IP: Logged |

#1-5 of swords and #2-3 of swords are commonly interpreted as a no in a reading.I took the #10 meaning of each card as your decision includes two routes and the suit to give more details. IP: Logged |

3 of swords is related to heartache and sorrow, 5 of swords - the necessity to make a decision, and 10 of wands - tpp much burden on the life of the inquirer. 10 of cups is happiness. Did you refer to these last two cards I mentioned now as #10? The two routes are 1 versus 2 and 3... while the three options represent three different schools...IP: Logged |

I wonder what does it mean to have 3 of swords and then 10 of cups as conclusion, for example... Or is the tower points to merely riskier road, especially as the star concludes...IP: Logged |
