With the page a very typical meaning is a young person embarking on studies. Learning new things, setting projects in motion, starting their goals etc. With the King, I think it's like being the king of confidence, being bold and assertive, not delaying, charging forth with vigor and action. Knight, sort of like the king. I feel like it's saying it's okay to take action now even if you feel like you might not be 'qualified' to do so. I'm not sure what deck you are using but I'm thinking of my own deck and its images (Thoth). Summary: be bold, be decisive, take action towards your goals. Does that help/resonate in any way?
