I'm just going to have to sit down and write my book so that I can settle the score on that one. Even Linda equates it to sadness. Even when I go through the portal to Lindaland. Heck, even Snoopy can't seem to get enough of it! I've been listening to this song, and it has the bass playing to the tune of the rolling thunder review, while the keyboards play the sun. Between the two of them, they weave the fabric of the future right before your very eyes (and ears!) Really, I think that's the way it must be, all things work together to make up the eternal creation of this thing called life, and whether you call it a sadness or a gladness, it certainly is an adventure. I finally sat down and reread this chapter today and it was just like that: an adventure. Everything in it had happened to me, bits and snippets of the tale pop up in a day by day fashion often unnoted until your book brought it back to mind. Even the tense in that last sentence, time going back and forth recalls a line! But back to the rain. Isn't it funny that she keeps to the same themes, rain and a silvery knowing to the eyes? A name keeps popping up (Bob) over and over again. Roses, roses too. Somehow I feel she's building up to something here. IP: Logged
