i find it so amazing that she so passionately believed in the faeries and druids all through her life, starting in childhood....we all start off believing in them but we are never encouraged to continue to believe, but Linda was never discouraged and it helped shape (as did everything else) who she became in the end....i think she had it easier to become enlightened than many of us

I once saw a sign that said "sin is death" but if "all deaths are suicide (linda goodman)" and suicide is sin, then shouldnt "death is sin" be more appropriate?

when organic is used to describe food then you know we have come to a dark age in history

page 101

Dado died shortly after
smell of sweet peas
a tree for her, but never for them
the smell of pine
in the garage, high on the shelf,
found an envelope, written on it
For Yellow Wax..and the Ants
with 20 dollars in it.

fragments...

I began reading Canto three. I loved reading of how Linda started writing poetry. I also began writing poetry at a fairly young age, and she illustrates the process very nicely.

But I haven't yet got close to achieving what she had. I am going to publish poetry that is not always as benign, and can't yet write what one would call "spiritual literature".

I've finished reading Canto three. It is so heart rending. I think of the two boys she loved, and of the way memory works. Linda writes there are things about the memory people don't yet understand. My first memory is from 2 years of age. I wonder whether I could ever recall memories from before that.
I think Linda is very fortunate, because there is no death, and she is probably in pure bliss, not suffering anymore. I thought about it when reading about Dado, who went to Heaven.

I have an earlier one of me in a high chair being fed fried eggs.

I freakin hate fried eggs, even the smell barfs me out.

My mom swears I loved them.
