I lost count of how many times Gooberz has been re-read. Star Signs is also re-read too. I consider them my personal manuals. Especially when I feel like I may be veering off the path, that's the best possible time to re-read one or both books. It helps to bring the path back into focus. But I mostly just like to re-read them just because <3<3<3. 'The Lionpath' manual, 'Grail Most Ancient' and 'The Eternal Door' by Musaios are also favorites. All of these books are valuable tools to have. I literally feel re-inspired and re-illuminated each time I re-read any of them.

What are Grail Most Ancient and The Eternal Door about? Where did you find them?

Grail Most Ancient is an advanced guide for the lion path.
Eternal Door is a user's manual for the lion path.

I found them (and other classic new-age treasures) through a link someone shared a while ago (I wish I could remember where). I do think someone also shared a link on the site here to one or both books. Each and every page spirals you higher and higher. They are very illuminating. Truly!

Grail Most Ancient snippit:

FOR JOY, LAURA,, BARBARA, KAY, KATHY, CLIVE, KLAUS, ROCKY
AND ALL THE REST WHO WALK
THE PATH IN BEAUTY
About the Front Cover
On the furthest and inmost wall of the hypogeum of Seti I at Thebes are some extraordinary
depictions. Perhaps the most unusual of these, in a central position, is a sacred boat carrying
a great two-handled Cup with a portal rising out of it: the same Eternal Door that was shown
on the walls of the temple of the great queen Hatshepsut, at the seaside site now called Deir
el-Bahari, where it appears offering the way to immortality symbolized as the "cartouche — an
elongated shenu or eternity sign in which the name of the immortal one was inscribed. The
shenu sign Q , as we first pointed out at an American Oriental Society meeting some years
ago, in turn depicted the astronomers "circle of perpetual apparition" (tangent to the flat line
of the horizon) which has the North Celestial pole as its center. The radius of this circle in
degrees is the latitude of the place — about thirty degrees for Ancient Egypt. Thus someone
who attained the self-luminous immortal body was like one of "the stars that never set," one
of "the imperishable ones". (See also the comments on page 70.)

The Eternal Door snippit:

INTRODUCTION
SECTION 0
"Therefore the molecular body is doubly essential because it grows the embryo of the
immortal non-molecular energy body whose seed is within us; and also because it is the
transducer between higher dimensions and this worldenabling us to fulfill the
development of our needed character (action and love) and insight (wisdom). Thus we
need not return to molecular existence and can better kelp those still in it"
The Lion Path, 4th edition, p. 143
No one has better summarized than that spiritual pioneer, Emily
Bronte, what happens when we begin to become aware of our higher
bodies. Though she wrote this, obviously from her own experience,
on October 9,1845, the words ring out more modern than the twentyfirst century:
Flight and Re-Entry
Then dawns the Invisible; the Unseen its truth reveals;
My outward sense is gone, my inward essence feels;
Its wings are almost free - its home, its harbour found,
Measuring the gulf it stoops - and dares the final bound.
O then dreadful is the check, intense the agony
When the ear begins to hear and the eye begins to see;
When the pulse begins to throb, and the brain to think again,
And the soul to feel the flesh, and the flesh to feel the chain.
The Lion Path practice makes the flights more durable, the returns
more bearable, and integrates aspirations with daily life.

I'm reading Gooberz for the second time ever. Last time was 14 years ago. Just realized how significant that number of years is.

It's amazing how since I'm reading it spaced far apart enough, different parts of the story jump out at me than last time.

The first time was a really, really difficult read because I mostly just felt her depression reflected in me, as I was going through very heavy doubt and depression at the time. I genuinely could not understand the "happiness" aspect of it at all.

In fact, there are so many more things I understand now that I didn't then, and I'm so grateful that I understand the deeper knowing things now and I get all of her little nuances. I'm finally piecing together the Saturn seven soul exchange mystery as well as how it's linked to immortality. It's a fun puzzle now, whereas before it was a frustrating and head-banging endeavor.
