Whilst pondering on Gooberz.. I gazed over the illustrations on the cover in detail & counted the 'fairy folk', studied tjhe beautiful mix of colour in the sky & the title. I wondered about the I's in the the two O - Serpents, and the Z - Serpent too. I couldn't recall Linda explaining it. There is so much magic in Gooberz.. it's metaphorical too so the mysteries are endless.. like time, a circle & life.I wasn't sure what I was looking for so I ventured in to re-read the first couple of pages again & pondered on the name Robert Brewer. The page slipped from my left thumb to the front illustration and 'BER' stood out. I slowly realised that I see ROBERT BREWER in the word, Gooberz. I say this because of the way Gooberz is illustrated; There is no 'T' in Gooberz, however the Serpent 'Z' could resemble it. Also there is no 'W', however the double 'O' almost appears to represent one. I also see RANDALL in 'Aaron Goldblatt' Victor Z - the golden haired magical messenger of the gods.. does he have something to do with the Z in Gooberz - as well as the numerical spelling? Is he represented in the rainbow Z on the front page? I'm unaware of anyone bringing this up and I thought I'd share what I see. What do you think? The thing is, I love sharing this since I know many people love these mysteries as much as I do.. and know that some have other things to attend to, like me, and you may be pondering these things as well. So if you discover anything, please share it adds to the magic and I expect we'll be in - sync.. as you may discover something I'd forgotton or meant to question Also, has anyone discovered a lexi for the third intro page .. I would like to thank - when Linda highlights the first letters of Sam, Ruth, Aaron, Nona & Dr Charles, leaving; S O G R C A G N S D C M ? I've wondered for a while & having a look at it now before bed. Sheaa -------------------------------------------- "...and that druids are real people who can laugh and cry and we have a whole shining lifetime together to teach each other why the miracle of Us...is not easily defined because, all we really know..." I just saw RAM SONGS from the letters I listed in bold above And this reference kinda belongs in 'Lexigrams' but Aaron Goldblatt contains A BALLAD which Gooberz is - plus Linda did say of Aaron; "A Sun Sign Sagittarian, who also preaches & teaches that one should tell the Truth, no matter how much it hurts even about the carelessness of St Peter... and who reminded me, from time to time not to forget my rhyme and meter" Also.. was Victor Z .. messenger of the Gods.. Linda's spirit guide? His name facinates me. I've just tried to Lexi; VICTOR Z MESSENGER OF THE GODS and had some amazing words pop out - but that may belong in Lexigram Magic - what do you think, there or here? I'll pop back tomorrow for your feedback.. bye for now IP: Logged |

Whoo - hoo!! You go girl! Eleanore, thank you for doing that lexi - that's much better than what I would've spiralled in my distracted work mode A MARS DRAGON AND A SAD DOG.. A RAM SANG A MOON SONG.. How beautiful - I wish I knew what this meant.. I have a feeling that parts of Gooberz will relate to this, in fact I wouldn't be suprised at all It would help to know more about the initialed indiviuals that made up this lexi, huh? Thanks, Sheaa Olein. I hadn't noticed this before so really ... Thanks! Lexigrams are my favorite kind of Onions, and I'm sure each phrase/sentence has more than one meaning. A MARS DRAGON AND A SAD DOG The first thoughts that came to me were a serpent and God ... a dragon falls, generally mythologically, into serpent territory so a mars dragon made me think of Satan, who knows maybe he was a scorpio or an aries, who began a very Mars kind of War though perhaps with a tinge of Uranus involved, hehe ... a sad dog as in God after the rebellion. But then I thought that these were initials for people ... so I thought of the Chinese Zodiac , an Aries Dragon and a sad Dog ... though Linda herself was an Ox, 1925, I think. A RAM SANG A MOON SONG I thought of Gooberz as Linda's ode to the Goddess what with all the information revealed in it's pages. ------------------ "You must be the change you wish to see in the world." - Ghandi IP: Logged |

I added an edit note to my original post ... moon and mono are not found in those letters ... one "o". Sorry about that, don't know why I did it.------------------ "You must be the change you wish to see in the world." - Ghandi IP: Logged |

Thats funny I didn't see that before when you first posted it, because I did read this thread!! Anyway, around that time I too, was actually staring at all those letters and trying to discover something...how amazing I was reading all the pages before canto 1, hoping to find something... I never thought to lexi it though! ------------------ "And dreams, don't ever forget, are the first step in manifesting wishes into reality"-- Linda Goodman's Star Signs

Sheaa Sorry to change the subject but that Elizabeth McCracken quote about unrequited love that you posted on the 'Calling all sisters...' thread is so well-written. Never heard of her before - what sort of books does she write? IP: Logged |

Hi luisbunuel,Elizabeth McCraken writes fictions love literature. Chic lit I suppose - like our dear Trillian here on LL. I've not read any of McCraken's books. However, I have noticed her quotes on love. She appears to have made a short story collection aswell called Here's Your Hat, What's Your Hurry. Here's a picture of her; I love quotes. Recently I attended an astrology seminar by Frank Clifford and he gave us all a book on quotes, arranged by zodiac sign. Very cool What zodiac sign are you luisbunuel? That's not boring luisbunuel! I've only known a handful of Virgos but they're all dynamic in their own way ~ my life seems to tidy up pretty quick around them I'm Sagittarius, Cancer moon and Picses ascendant So quite similar to yours. Have you logged into the astrology course taken by lalalinda? If you give her your stats (birth date, time place etc) she'll give you a thread of info about them. Were you born in the southern hemisphere? IP: Logged |

Hi SheaaYes, I was born in the Southern hemisphere (in Southern India) and have plugged my details into Astro.com. I have signed up for the astrology classes but have only been in there a couple of times. I saw your data on there - were you actually born in a church?? Been reading all the Lindaland posts yesterday while at work - so didn't get much done - and I am trying to make up for it today. I have Mercury in Libra - what about yourself? IP: Logged |

Hi luisbunuel, I ask if you were born in the southern hemisphere because I got told recently that it's rare for people in the northern hemisphere to have Pisces Ascendant. Interesting No I wasn't born in a church! Did I say that? I probably did and meant St Thomas' Hospital I have Mercury in Sagittarius. I will repaste my statistics in my thread on the astro forum actually soon, since the ones there at the moment seem to differ with astro.com. I'm still yet learn what my stats means without having to look it up! Have you read much of Linda's work? I've 'read' Sun Signs, and Relationship Signs. I couldn't read it all because all the signs didn't relate to me! However I tried my best to process it. I've read Star Signs a few times, and of course I love Gooberz

This is my first post in yonks!I hope to be on here more - well I will be - I have years and years I saw your mother logged in, how cool. (Hey Randall ) On the subject of Gooberz, I've used it like an oracle again recently, and it's remarkable how whole pages relate to an exact circumstance. Beautiful.
