Thanks for your kind words, they are appreciated. I'm not sure if it was something planetary yesterday, but I was just so low and in the most awful mood. I know in future just to read and save any responses until I feel a bit more positive!

I've been praying lots recently as there are a few things going on which are crowding my mind - I pray because it stops my mind wizzing round and gives some focus. When I woke up this morning I still felt washed out but the sense of worry and urgency had lifted. The issues haven't suddenly gone or been dealt with - but I have the most wonderful sense of peace now.

I wish I had some nuggets of inspiration to share here but they've been a bit thin on the ground recently! One lesson I did learn this week, though, is about the value we put on things. If you de-value something, then every living thing involved in that 'something' is by proxy de-valued. The self esteem of an individual is based, pretty much, on whether they feel of value, even in a small way, to someone. There is also the opposite issues of putting value on things in the belief they will make us happy!

* i was wondering about meditation. i have been trying to do it but i cant focus. i just cannot get into meditation. i have tried but i cant stick with it. do any of you all meditate? in what ways? any help on how to focus so that i can hear myself aside from all these thoughts in my head?

I think a great place to meditate is outdoors, but let's not call it that, and
let's not think about that, just watch, look,
hear, connect with the great outdoors, see,
that all is alive, and connected..just let it
happen naturally..eventually you will see and feel the magic..I think alot of this happens naturally and we are not aware that we are indeed connected within to without..fragments, and flashes, entire our vision, Our Mind..once you realize it, it's natural..you can be connected all the time..live with one foot here, and one in Heaven, with ALL..Just think of it as something simple, not complicated..this ability is something natural within you..
for instance when you daydream, if you can direct that daydream to God, to Heaven..to your OverSoul..Your Angel Self in Heaven, for we are all in Heaven Angel Soul form..and we connect via our Mind, while in this Physical body, this temple, a shell, we are truly our Soul, a Soul having a human experience!
I hope that made sense!?
