Dean is terrific. Dean whats your sun sign?

Librasparkle, I know Sesame said it. We exchanged it in other posts. I wasn't sure if I quoted scripture also to aid the discussion. May be I did. Deja Vu.

Wow, coming from you Pixie, I'm truly honoured! And you LS And iAmThat. I love you all

I'm a gemini, sag asc and virgo moon. What are you IAT?

"Do not judge, less thee be judged". You know, I was just thinking about this statement over lunch. I always thought it meant your crimes will be opened when you view anothers, but now I'm thinking differently. I think the point is, if you judge, you are really judging yourself. Literally. Your views are the way others will view you. So the statement isn't so much about karma, but who you are.

I'm getting water in my eyes in thankfulness to this place

Dean.

Dear Dean,

"Don't you cry, don't you cry". Remember Guns and Roses.

I am a cusp and with a
moon and ascendant

Althought Linda does not believe a person can be both. I certainly think I exhibit both qualities. May be as I age I will be what I am supposed to be. What ever that meant.

"Judge not lest you be judged" Its very interesting. I liked Magidivision's wording when he said, the crying of one is crying of everyone and salvation of one is salvation of all.

Likewise "Judgement" = "Condemnation" of one is condemnation of all.

Well I had to revise my earlier version. Am I fickle minded or what? I hate it? When will I ever be fixed in my thoughts

Oh Lord please freeze my thoughts.

Uh, um, IAT, I'd have to say I agree with Linda (it's in my job description). It's uncanny how many people think they're cusp but it usually comes down to the rising sign. Maybe you have Cancer sun and Leo asc. It's definitely worth checking into as the date could be wrong. My mother in law was written down as ten to midnight, but I worked everything out to be ten after which would've answered all questions, so now, after 50 somthing years she has a new birthdate There is only a few minutes I believe where the cusp is.

Heaps of Love,
Dean.

My littlest kiddo is on the "cusp" of Pisces and Aries. She's a TOTAL Pisces... doesn't show any signs of Aries, well, aside from the fact that she's childish... but she's 6 She was born Feb 19th at 2:56AM. I've read several books that call her Aries, and it just doesn't suit her. Astro.com doesn't put her on a "cusp". They put her in Pisces.

Not that I'm trying to start an argument with ya, IAT. We are each entitled to our opinions.

I'm curious about which traits you feel you share with both Cancer and Leo? Also, is it possible for these same traits to show up in Scorp and Libra? It could also be that there is a lot of one or other in your chart. For instance, Mars, Venus, Mercury.

Dear Librasparkle and Dean,

I certainly have Libra ascendant and a scorpio moon. This I am positive.

I am what you want me to be. Thats my party line these days.

I am now trying to understand people from a spirit perspective than soul/mind/body perspective. Hence I immediately corrected myself when I asked Dean. But the serpent tongue already spoke

I believe Freedom and the potential exists for everyone. And in a natural way, just as plants know how to turn toward the Sun, someone(without being extremely rational) is automatically moving towards the Light.

PEACE.

Dear Chad,

For ease of reference I am quoting the passage from David and Jonathan below. I am not sure why people think I took a stand :

2 Samuel 1:26

quote:

I grieve for you, Jonathan my brother! most dear have you been to me; More precious have I held love for you than love for women.

1 Samuel 28:41

quote:

When the boy had left, David rose from beside the mound and prostrated himself on the ground three times before Jonathan in homage. They kissed each other and wept aloud together.

I encourage you to read other contexts to get a hang on complete story and then decide for yourself.

PEACE.

well first off i think gay or bisexual men are much more attractive than heterosexual men. and, i'm a bit bitter about not being permitted to explore sexuality as a child, and as children (i dont think) we are 'tuned in' to sex with the same sex as being 'wrong' in any way. so that kind of killed it for me (leo moon). and since i have NO intention of having children i'm pretty much screwed sexually. and not in a good way. homosexuality is perfect, i think, next to celibacy as a means of spiritual attainment, but overindulgence i think is almost always harmful, gay or straight

psychically though it does seem possible in the ancient past that two men could create a child together, as well as two women. . ..so how long will we be 'blessed/confined' within male-female only conception?

Men and women both have milk in their breasts. In a situation where there is a hungry child and no woman in the neighbourhood, the milk in a man's breasts can be made available to the child.

Hello Chad!

What if it is just the life you agreed to experience on a higher level of consciousness...Don't think about it as something negative or wrong but as an interesting task...
As long as you are happy and enjoying your life than everything is alright!
Don't worry about people who will try to judge you...there are many of them. Always look at the bright side and think to yourself "they are only doing what they think is right so do I"...and keep smilling!!!Life's too short to be constantly worried and sad, there are more important issues to life!
And never forget that there are many loving people around you for whom you are just the same if gay or strait...!
"DON'T WORRY, BE HAPPY..."

I'd never heard that about men. I must have been absent that day in health class.

I did know that when a mother adopts a baby, that she can keep nursing the child, and will eventually start to lactate.

I thought that was just amazing!

Chad-

Be true to yourself. One cannot become enlighted through doubt. The only advice that I can give to anyone who is gay is this...always be honest with yourself and NEVER marry someone that you are not attacted to because you fear that society will not except that you are gay.

I know that this may not have helped but it is my two cents worth.

Personally, I like what Dean said, "Do not judge, less thee be judged". I don't know if homosexuality is right or wrong with the universe, and I don't really care. What two consenting adults do in their bedroom is none of my business and if they love each other, all the better. We need more love in the world. If they want to provide a home for a needy child, I say give them a child to love and care for too. There are too many children in the world who don't have loving parents.

I kind of view the answer to this as one of life's little mysteries and I'm not gay, so it's something that this time round I don't have to question.

If God came down off his cloud today and said "yes it's wrong! being gay is bad!"... I still think no one has a place to judge. Even if it is wrong, it's something that those individuals must come to terms with and learn their karmic lessons, whatever they happen to be, as we all each have our karmic lessons to learn.
