At the time I felt the readings were accurate, and I know there's something to it. I haven't really studied it myself, but it is really interesting! I think its like a form of divination, like reading cards, runes, oracles, ect.. only that you're looking at lines on a hand. steelrose Knowflake Posts: 114 From: Spain Registered: Apr 2009	posted July 12, 2005 03:19 PM As SunChild, I think there is something to it… I once had my palm read… It was almost unintentional… We were going for a walk, a few friends and me through a famous park in Madrid… There was a row of palmreaders and suddenly one of my friends said “That man predicted my sister’s divorce very accurately 6 years ago!”… So I decided to give it a go… It was VERY good… I have gone back to that park many times hoping I’d find him again but I’ve never done… I suppose there are a lot of tricksters out there… But there are a few with a gift… You just need to find the right person… IP: Logged

But, I've heard that the little lines on the side of your hands, right underneath the pinky finger, is supposed to denote how many marriages you will have. My question is this, I have 2 really deep lines on the side, however I have a small line that is not that deep... is the line that is directly under the pinky finger included in these lines? Because when I bend my pinky finger, there is a crease at the bottom ...but it runs around the side of the hand, and it's a deep crease...then under that is another deep crease and one not so deep crease.... All these creases are confusing me! HA! I just heard that someplace, don't know if there is any truth to it or not. I just wondered since if that crease is not included then my hand is correct, with only 2 creases, as I've been married twice, but if the finger crease is included, then it ain't right coz I ain't never walking down no aisle again LOL! This person looked at my palm and saw that and called it an almost marriage. And I was "somewhat married" last year, so it amused me. :P Um, I'm actually having a bit of a dilemna. First of all, my heart line reaches my middle finger, then curves up and feathers off somewhat. The book I have said that I could have breast problems. Also, I seem to have two head lines and the book aid that means I'm going to suffer with mental illness for most of my life. IP: Logged

She also told me that I was with the right man and that my best years would be between 50 and 60, where I would have a great time. She also said I was a writer and could, if I wanted, get a book published, After I met her I went away and wrote 100+ poems. I had never written much before. I met a guy in Florida who took my hand, studied the palm and told me I was a very sexual woman and then asked me to sleep with him LOL - he said he had been married 7 times - I wasnt about to become his 8th. He was a sexy Virgo and had on the tightest shorts I had ever seen.........I ran away!!! I come from romany gypsies so I am bound to believe any form of divination, but honestly guys this stuff rocks!!! My father who is a cynic got his fortune told by a sandreader in the East and he told me he would marry a woman with the initial J and would go on to have two daughters. My mother is named Joan and I have a sister - even my Dad believed this!
