Such fond memories!!! Takes me back to my first marriage!!! Great husband just not mine!!! Led Zepplin played the other night in town!!! Well Robert Plant! ELO was one of my childhood fav's " Mr. Blue Sky" Played all the time in my bedroom on the old record player. Remember the one were you had to place pennies on the arm, just so you could get it to ride in the album grooves!!! Ever heard of a band called T-Rex "slider" Thanks Fayte for the lovely memories!!! sue g unregistered	posted September 17, 2005 04:43 PM Oooohh I used to love T.Rex, Marc Bolan cute or what....he was a lovely Libran wasnt he......I loved his clothes, those sparkly jackets and that curly hair was wicked wasnt it.......my sister used to play one of their albums in the morning before she went to work. We shared a bedroom and I was so brainwashed by it, I knew all the fecking lyrics.....but it was so beautiful......magical music.....and he sounded like a little elf singing.....mmmm......heaven !!!! xx IP: Logged

Touch or cup your testacles with one hand to warm them up untill you feel a slight tingle or the first stirring of your sexual energy. [ if you are in a public place, you can simply think a sexual thought or fantasy] 2. Inhale deeply and gently pull up on the muscles around the testacles, the perineum, and the anus. As you inhale and pull your muscles up, imagine that you are sipping this sexual energy and drawing it from your testacles to your perineum and on to your anus and tailbone. 3. Exhale and relax your muscles, but keep your attention on your rising sexual energy. 4. Continue to inhale and pull up and then exhale and relax several more timmes untill oyu cna feel a warm or tingling sensatin at your perineum. Once you are able to move this sexual energy, you can simply begin useing the spine like a straw, sipping the energy away from your testacles and perineum right up the entire length of your spine to the base of your skull. [Gently tucking your chin in will help the energy move from your spine into your head.] Do this for five to ten minuits or untill you become aware of a light or tingling feeling in oyur head. With your mind, try to circle the energy in your head. [Magus note- this especialy you will have no doubt when its working,, MY GOD the tingling is crazy !] 5. Finally, touch your tongue to the roof of your mouth half an inch behind your front teeth where the palate curves down . Your tongue works like a light switch that connects your front and back channles [Magus note- Ladies, same goes for your channels and tongue], allowiing the energy to flow down the front of oyur body to your naval.
