Well, I stumbled across knowledge of this first last week while looking for some transit information. Instead I found out about this date and thought some of you might like to know about it. Then I forgot. And again yesterday, looking for astro info, I found THIS! So here you go. I take is as a sign to put it out there.

August 8, 2006 a VERY Important Numerological Day
NUMEROLOGY is the study of Numbers, their symbolic meaning. It is all part of the Scared Geometry, the order in the Universe. Numbers (Geometry and Time) can be seen as the the link between Art, {the Golden Mean} Science and Religious experience. Quantum physics, the most advanced thinking about the Universe is mathematically derived. Numbers were seen since antiquity as created form, balance, direction, order, meaning. We conceive of reality/time as numbers, symbols, language, images. The way we mark time on our calendars is relative. Different religions Jewish, Muslim, Chinese, Hindu, Buddhist, etc. base themselves on different calendrical systems, referring to different time lines and dates than the Christian Western systems. I believe that everything is symbolic and exists to give meaning to those of us who are tuned into such meaning and awareness.
Six years ago our modern Western Christian based calendar hit 2000. The new millennium is a real/relative and symbolic numbering system which changed our perceptions as we entered a new era.
In the last 20 years or so various dates reported through “New Age” leaders have created some world wide notoriety. Most notably anthropologist Jose Arguelles “Harmonic Convergeance of Aug 16-17th 1987 which was based on the Mayan Calendar’s counting system, a system which measured millions of years. There was also 11:11 which was organized by a woman named Solara on Jan 11, 1992 where spiritual enthusiasts gathered at different sacred places around the world to do ceremonies and meditate. This was around the time of the Great Capricorn Conjunction of that year.
In 2003 there was a rare 6 pointed star formation by the planets on an Eclipse named “Harmonic Concordance.” People who follow Astrological, lunar, pagan, “New Age” philosophies met throughout the world and tuned into the Celestial Sacred Geometry gathering to meditate in unison, seeing the “as above so below” Hermetic maxim as a sign from the Heavens directing us on earth to tune in to the cosmic vibrations, the cosmic symbols and amplify them through group consciousness work.
When Venus passed in front of the Sun in 2004, various Venusian inclined people celebrated her passage, the first of an 8 year cycle, ending in 2012.
I am a professional Astrologer, Tarot Reader and Numerologist, a Transformational Therapist and Ceremonialist so watching for those geometric angles between planets, and stars, the Cosmic signatures, mythologies, symbols and how they affects our psyches both individually and collectively is my work.
My intention is to help raise conscious awareness, as consciousness is everything. I am a “way-shower” a sign pointer, assisting humanities’ growth. I divine, and shift through symbolism, make inter-connections. I use my intuition, I pray, I ask to be Divinely Guided. Whoever is touched or made more aware by the information which comes through me as a vessel, a channel, is empowered.

I use Numerology with all my clients, based on birthdate, which gives personality, soul numbers, hidden teacher numbers, Life Path numbers. Numerology and the Tarot are interconnected. I also use Numerology to calculate the significant resonant number of any date.
Numerology has it’s roots in the Old Testament. Hebrew letters are considered to be a sacred language, containing the essence of the spiritual emanation. The Kabbalist Tree of Life, defined the relationship between God and the material world through a complex system of Number and letter correspondences. For example most people are familiar with the number 666, being the number of “the Beast” from Revelations, usually known as the Anti-Christ.
This year on Aug. 8th there is a profoundly symbolic Numerological Cosmic Sign.
Aug, 8 2006 8/ 8/2006 = 2 + 0 + 0 + 6 = 8 888 the Sacred Number of Chirst will be appearing in our local cosmic time measurements.
Most people may be familiar with the numerological 666 equating with The Beast/Devil from Revelations. If you only use the last digit of the Universal Year, the number of the Beast occurred on June 6, 06, appearing as 6 6 06. But a purist would say it happened on June 6 2004 = 666. Number 6 is the Star of David - Star Tetrahedron - Sacred Geometry - Creation. 666 is 999 reversed polarities. [9+9+9]=27=9=Endings.
6 June 2004 was the 999th day after 911. They say co-incidences are God’s invisible signature.
Next year, the major Numerological date will be 7-7-07 ("The Cross") then 9-9-09,{Completion} 10,10,10 {a new beginning} 11-11-11,{Tripple Master Numer} and 12-12-12, the Mayan Calendar transformation Date to a New World, which is exactly (6 years, 6 months, 6 days) after 6-6-06.
SO what does 888 mean?
888 traditionally symbolizes the sacred number of Christ
Number 8 turned horizontally on it’s side symbolizes Infinity, Endless Life. It means all time,past,present and future, centred in the present moment of NOW. On the Highest Spiritual level all time is NOW. Everything that ever happened is occurring NOW and everything that ever will happen is happening NOW. We create our present from our past and our future from our present. It is Karma. So 888 is a Triply Karmic Day. Karmic to the third Power. This is a very powerful occurance.
A certain favourite writer, seer and radical visionary of mine Stuart Wilde, talks about Infinity as being at a 45 degree angle from our present sense of 3D reality. To me, 8 normally appearing vertically, then turned on its side at a 90 degree angle which creates Infinity extends this sense of multi-dimensionality even further. It amps it up to an even higher degree.
888, the number of the Holy Spirit , an endless cord, the ourobouros serpent eating it’s tail. The Infinity symbol appears in a number of traditional Tarot Trumps, the Magician # 1, and # 8 Strength/Justice.

Hermetic Tradition: The magic number of Hermes. In Hermetic theology there is one chief god Thoth/ Hermes, inventor of numbers and geometry, and eight minor gods.
Hindu: 8 x 8 is the order of the celestial world established on earth. Temples are built on the pattern of the Mandala, the 8 x 8 symbolism. There are eight regions of the world; suns; divisions of the day .
Islam: The throne which encompasses the world is supported by eight angels, corresponding to the eight dividsions of space and the groups of letters in the Arabic Alphabet.
Platonic: Plato has eight spheres of different colours surrounding the luminous pillars of the heavens.

The Tibetans use an instrument in their prayers called a dorge. It is considered to be a lightning bolt. It is a figure 8.
In the Kabbalah, the Number 8 is the Sephiroth called “Hod” and its’ meaning is Splendor.
It symbolizes reason, the Individual mind, the contact point with the Master Teachers, all Language and Visual Images. It’s symbols are names and versicles, an apron. It’s Planet is Mercury/Thoth/Hermes. It’s colour is orange. It is related to the stellar light, bestowing elegance, swiftness, scientific knowledge and art, and constancy of speech, and it rules the sphere of actions of Mercury. Words properly vibrated have powerful effects on the inner planes. Chanting, and mantras are in this sphere. Words have power. It is said that whosoever learns to pronounce the name of God, will be master of the Universe, as God.
Hod is a primary point of conceptual transfer in our return to the God/Goddess head. Hod helps us to understand the mechanisms of our perceptions. Beware, because we need to know where we may be deceived in the Astral realm. Hod also relates to the Moon, which is our cellular memories, our DNA, our past lives, present lives. The Moon rules intuition, instinctual knowledge.
There are 2 opportunities to invoke the vibrational sacred Geometry of 888. The first is Aug, 8 and the 2nd is Aug. 17th, 06 which adds up to 8, 1 + 7 = 8, 06=8.
Between these 2 dates I advise a 10 day strategy beginning on Aug. 8th to bring all of your personal past, present and future realities into alignment, and become Infinite, become the Messiah, become Christ’s sacred message of Love, Infinite Love and Compassion.
The Magician in the Tarot Trump #1 has a lemniscate, the mathematical sign for infinity above him. Like yin/yang, the symbol depicts the balance of the opposites, the interplay of energies positive/negative endlessly changing into one another. Author Sallie Nichols in her book Jung and Tarot, sees the infinity sign as “ a pair of giant spectacles.” “If you put on these magic eyeglasses you may catch a glimpse into new dimensions of reality. These glasses are not rose-colored. What we shall see in this new dimension is a natural phenomenon. It is not pie-in=the-sky nor the manifestations of some vague “other world.” The experiences which {infinity} offers us are as indigenous to our nature and as rooted in our terrestrial environment as are the plant that we see growing.”
The Number 8 Card in the Tarot Trumps is that duality of 8/11. How appropriate that the number 8 itself has a dual nature. Traditionally Tarot Trump # 8 is Strength, showing a woman closing the jaws of a Lion, with an Infinity symbol above her head. The Strength card shows our power over our animal selves by the Feminine Psyche or Soul. Spiritual Strength is what 8 confers. Also the balance of the human and the Divine. The Divine Mystery of Union. It is also Trump # 11 Justice. Sometimes the 2 symbols are interchanged on the cards, 8 being Justice and 11 Strength depending on the Tarot deck.Justice is cause and effect. Karma, not as punishment but as a rebalanceing for deeds done.
At 8:00 am on 888 I urge all of the “Lightworkers” to invoke the symbols of the Number 888 into your self. If 888 symbolizes the Sacred Number of Christ on this day invoke Christ’s Infinite Wisdom of Loving thy Neighbour as Thyself into your heart.
A Meditation for 888
Breathe deeply and centre yourself. When you are relaxed and connecxted to your breath. Let your body feel open, empty and light. Send your attention to the top of your head, your Crown Chakra, the Thousand petalled Lotus and visualize a hollow white tube growing out of your Crown Chakra into the sky, allow it to grow, like a magical beanstock, into space, to the outer reaches of the Galaxy. From this sense of spaciousness, in an invisible golden Sun, you begin to sense a palpable thick golden substance which your Crown chakra tube connects to, like a bee to a flower. This thick golden syrupy substance is Divine Love. Feel the love pouring effortlessly into your tube and flow down to the top of your head, and feel it warmly, thickly, coat your whole body from the soles of your feet, filling you up, filling and nourishing every cell, every atom, every vein, muscles, bone, organ, feel it filling you up your legs, seeping into your root chakra, your sex organs, your intestines, hips, stomach, your liver, filling your back, your spine, into your heart.
As it reaches your heart, your heart begin to glow with a warm radiance, and expands, let that Love fill you completely,your lungs, allowing you to breathe even deeper, more relaxed, fuller, into your throat, soothing it. Into your neck, your jaw, filling out your face totally.
You are now filled with the Cosmic Love of God/dess. You are a Sacred Vessel of Love, Golden Light, it has materialized in you, it fills you it is you. You are it. You realize that this is the substance of God’s love, and it fills everything, it is the very substance of everything that exists. It fills the trees, the earth, the birds, the creatures, the sky, the waters, the winds, the insects. It is the creative nature of all that exists. It is the very nature of you, of everything that exists in the Universe.
You are Divine Love, Divine Will, Divine Energy. You are an Infinite Being, who has recognized your raison d’etre, your reason for being. This is it. All time is NOW. All lessons, and all lifetimes have come to this. You are at the perfection and balancing point of the Universe, you have come to be it’s cause, its' source, by your discovering the nature of Being. You are Divine Love. All bucks stop here. All payments have been made. All obligations cancelled. Everything is on a level playing field. You are the Holy Spirit. You are an Inifinite Being. You have always lived, will always live, eternally.
Your view of yourself, and of your fellow Divine Humans and all Life is totally and radically altered and changed. All is blessed, all is balanced. You have erased all your past misdeeds and transgressions. You are totally filled with Compassion for yourself and towards all others. You are an embodiment of Divine Love, as Christ's Holy Spirit. You no longer exist in a state of delusion ignorance and separateness. You realize that all is Infinitely joined, together, inseparable, all is One.
Practice this meditation for as long and as often as you possibly can. Nothing is impossible. Major karmic changes in the fate of humanity and the Earth can be affected during this 10 day time period. Visualize the future that your Divine Heart knows as the Truth. Meditate on Love, on creating the divine vision of humanity joined in an endless cycle of Love, creativity, joy, beauty and peace. This is a sign of the return.
All of us breathing, visualizing, meditating togther will make a difference. Please pass this message on to everyone you know, to your politicians, to the newspapers, to fellow Lightworkers. Join in a sacred Infinity dance.
I sense that Infinity is closer now and the help of a realized heart is all it takes to transform our world. These times are critical. All acts of love and beauty return like a wave endlessly cycling. Meditate on love to the earth, to all who remain in delusion who are engaged in war, killing, stealing, lies, deception, and hatred. Think about the amplified connections of killing in all it's interconnections from eating meat, to out and out war. Think about lying, deception, and the depth to which that has been inculcated into our total historical cultural religious institutional and business dealings and act to end it.
Remember this is Triple ACtion Karma. As you sow, so shall you reap.
