Topic: Have you ever had a ghost/demon experience?

My mother was that way too, she is very paranoid about stuff like that. A friend was discussing a haunted/magickal ring, stating she has a dijin spirit linked to it. I had not really thought of such a possibility. If such things exist, I do not think I would like to be in possession of one. Even if the spirit is benevelonent, I think it would freak me out. IP: Logged |

I have experienced the sleep paralysis for many years. THankfully not as much anymore, as it is very scary. For me, it starts off as a vibrating nose which starts to get louder and louder. I will be aware that I am unable to move my body, and feel compelled to follow the noise and go into astral, but there is a big fear that holds me back. I have always been able to slowly start moving again, and snap out of it. I have read about astral projection, and while it seems fascinating, am not willing to try it without more study on shielding techniques, as who knows what one would encounter on the astral levels. For some reason most of my experiences with paranormal took place when I lived in the Southwest. There have been a couple of apartments I lived in that could be called haunted. One that I first lived in when I moved to Tucson, I was always having random items disappear and reappear on me. Would leave keys or wallet on living room table only to find it not there when I would go to get them. At the time I was with my then Scorpio boyfriend, and whatever it was that was lingering in the apartment loved causing confrontation between us. It would mess with clothes that he would iron and hang up carefully for work in the morning, by throwing them all over the floor or into the corner of the room throughout the night. He would find them and think it was me who did it, even though I would explain to him that I wouldn't do something like that. There was also a time where I heard the toilet flush on its own, even though no one had been in there 
Then the one apartment where one night I actually thought someone was pinning me to my bed. It felt like someone had their knee against my chest, I was half awake half asleep. My whole body was covered in goosebumps, mainly because there was no one visible on top of me causing this. I should've known something was wrong, since the past few days before my cat seemed to be chasing something throughout the apartment, and was hissing at the walls in the bedroom...don't know what it was, mabe a ghost or demon?
The most recent paranormal experience I've had was when I first moved to NYC. I was riding the train and there wasn't really anybody on there, when the train was about to stop at one location, and there was this man who was running and in a hurry to get on the train. When the the train finally stopped and the doors opened, there was no body there! It's like he just disappeared. Normally when the doors open people are in a hurry to get on, but mabe the guy turned back the other way? He was too determined to make that train not to get on...this might have been a residual haunting I had seen. IP: Logged |

I have one with me all the time. It isn't exactly a ghost or a demon, no. Some kind of nature spirit, like elf or something. I guess it comes with me from my ancient England lifelines. Several clairvoyants have seen him with me, independent of one another. He kinda protects me, i like him. I feel his presence. IP: Logged |

Oh dear, I agree with most people here that you invited some spirits in that are not nice, to say the least. Such spirits usually do not like be be told to leave and I don't think it is a wise idea to try to do this by yourself.
Your problem is that your mum does not believe you, most likely because it scares the hell out of her to think you might be in some type of trouble she can't deal with or simply because she does not believe in it! Did you tell her honestly that you summon Satan or just told her about the outcome. Then telling the truth may get her attention!
I suggest that you speak to your local priest, but you have to be honest about using the Quija board to summon Satan, otherwise he may not take your trouble serious.
The church is well aware of the trouble people getting them self in playing with the unknown. Quija boards are the lowest means of communication with the death and if you don't know what you doing or are not in the right frame of mind, ie positive, you are asking for trouble.
In the meantime I will pray for you and ask anybody else here who wants to join to do so to.

interesting that you bring this up, because recently i have been wondering about a necklace i bought in california a few months ago at a pagan/new age type of booth at a fair...never mentioned this to anyone because i thought i might just be crazy or something, but i bought this necklace and it is just a black rope thread with a black smiling skull on it ...i wore it a lot in california and didn't think anything of it really, i have a lot of dark thoughts and interests anyway but they were pretty common out there... then i moved back home and started to have intense anxiety attacks for no reason, weird paranoia and fears and feeling disconnected from myself. maybe it's just the paranoia talking but i started to suspect my necklace. Just had a weird experience while vacationing in Virginia Beach. My husband and I stayed in this hotel only blocks from the ocean, it looked pretty modern and updated. The room we were put into seemed clean with nothing out of the ordinary. Our first night there was peaceful and we got a good nights sleep, then the next night at around 3am or so the alarm clocks radio goes off by itself! I was on the side of the bed closest to the clock, so I figured someone that stayed there before us accidently forgot to turn off the alarm it might have been set for. So no big deal, turned it off and went right back to sleep. Next night it happened again! This time my hubby woke up and asked me why did I set the alarm that early, I was like "for 3am, come on"? I told him that the radio turned on twice on its own lol. He didn't believe me till the next night we were out late and we came back to the room and were getting ready for bed when what do you know...it turns on again without anyone touching it, freaking creepy. A few apparitions. In the movies they're sorta hazy and transparent but what I saw it might as well have been real as they didn't look cloudy at all. But they kept such strong eye contact with me that I didn't even bother or think to look if they had a torso, or a neck for that matter. I could see the hair, the color of the skin, the facial features, etc. then they just disappeared. I always thought if I saw something of that nature it'd be with the cloudy haze, but nope.IP: Logged |

For some reason I can only feel and sense the presence of a spirit, but I have yet to actually see one full on. Most people usually see them in their peripheral vision.IP: Logged |

Never seen anything like that peripherally, interesting, otoh it's not as if I've had a lot of experiences with this either since they pretty much all centered around p. or sa. Pisces Merc in my 8th conj my Sun or in aspect to my n. or sa. Uranus. Their eye contact made me turn around just the same as you would turn around feeling someone staring at you, that concentrated energy (really bizarre, like a real person) and then they used eye contact to convey their msg because they were either unable or unwilling to "talk" like we do. I don't know "what" they were exactly, I don't know all the names and methods in which one can appear in that form but I know diff people have diff experiences with the ways that the spirits (or whatever they may be) may communicate/appear.IP: Logged |

I have experienced this my entire life. I have a TON of stories to tell but I'll only tell one. One experience was a three night long event. The first night I went to bed and the edges of my bed became really cold all around it. I felt two negative female spirits enter my room and I heard on the ground their high heals. I sprung up and looked at them and it stopped and they went away. The next night it happened again. The edges of my bed got cold and they two females entered again high heals clicking on the floor. I didn't bother to sit up and acknowledge them as I was hoping they would leave again. I was wrong. I felt the end of my bed sink down (she was sitting on it) and she grabbed my leg as hard as she could (it hurt) while the other girl just watched in amusement. It scared the crap out of me so I sat up and smacked her hand so she'd let my leg go. I think that might of really made her angry because the next night it started off the same as the first two nights. The coldness, the clicking and then suddenly I felt the two of them around my bed. One grabbed my arm and my leg as hard as she could (again it hurt!) and the other started shaking my bed (my bed had wheels on it). I was scared still and praying to God the entire time. It seemed like it was lasting for ever but it was probably only 10 seconds or so long. As soon as she let go and the bed stopped moving I ran out of there and didn't return for a month.IP: Logged |
