Found it.

Gurdjieff seems very structured at times, the laws, principles, methods, systems and all that.

Osho is the opposite, complete chaos at times, even his methods, name in itself is Dynamic lol.

I read about some Osho disciple who was talking about combining Osho's and Gurdjieff's approaches together.

And I also read a chief disciple of Gurdjieff also saying that one should totally "work" and then let go.

Interesting how they both came to the same conclusion.
