In answer to the question in this forum title, a person can do virtually anything while astral projecting; however, I believe their interaction with the physical world is limited (like their ability to move actual things or harm you physically). Believe it or not, it takes a ton of work to become proficient at even staying aware for significant periods of time while in that state because it's easy to slip back into the unconscious dream world again. I'm just saying this from my research and personal experience. If your neighbor is trying to harm you, she will pay dearly for it karmically. You have way more control over the situation than you realize. It sounds like you've already become able to keep her at bay. Definitely don't let her into your apartment and don't accept gifts. Keep your state of mind in spiritual heights through reading inspirational material or uplifting music. Meditate before bed, focusing on your higher self. Keep your living space high vibrational and clean. Have fresh flowers out often and beautiful pictures of nature, especially the sun. A picture of the sunrise in your bedroom could do wonders. Where you can see it when you wake up. Pictures of angels too. Well, that's my two cents. I hope all is well with you now. IP: Logged

Watch the movie BEHIND HER EYES YES THIS COULD HAPPEN👽 Going astral without tethering is very very dangerous👽 In addition to soul shattering or splitting off into two or more persons after reincarnation, Body thieves is even worse. If your body dies whilst you are out that can lead to awful effects like soul shattering. In essence upon reincarnation there would be two of you but one will have only the current lifetime memories whilst the part that was in body when it died will not have current life memories but will contain all the previous live's memories. However if one has shattered before in one or more previous lifetimes this would cause many more shatterings or split offs. Hence why so many people claim to have been the same exact famous peoples and such. This is in my opinion why people try to find their soul mate or soul clusters. They are in essence trying to get their entire self rejoined but that cannot happen once one reincarnated into another body or bodies. This can also lead to one's body being stolen by a walk-n as illustrated very well in the movie BEHIND HER EYES. I hope that made sense. I have posted many places on many threads about all the things that I have mentioned here.
