While I have not experienced most Reiki lineages, the first level involves self care. This is really the most important component of this level and practitioners seem to be too eager to get to that Master level to give their foundation proper attention. Ballet dancers always return back to the barre; so, should Reiki practitioners with their self care throughout their life and it is especially so if they plan to work with others in conducting the energy. You will also learn Reiki history, you will learn what Reiki is and isn't, and you will also learn Reiki symbols. You will receive attunements (Reiju), where you are connected to the Reiki energy.

If anything, do your homework. Search around. Don't place yourself in a position where you have to keep paying to maintain your certification (that is, if you plan to go all the way to Master/Teacher level). Pimps exist everywhere in this world.

EDIT: Symbols may be given at the 2nd Level and not the first.

Well,i'm done with attunement with success,it was 2 days a bit tired but finally worth it and was a positive experience.

Now i have to practice for 21 days to gain some experience,with meditation,ghasso,chiryo,hoji-rei as three basic meditation ways,12 basic positions for healing to the body and 7 chakras and what every chakra represent.

If you have guidance or suggestion tell me please.

Just keep going and enjoy the journey. Self care involves the endocrine glands. They may be doing a lot of releasing (that entirely depends on your present state of health). So, stay hydrated.

The following came to me for you. I don't know if it all applies. I have to just bring it forth without making it about me:

My sense is that you are trying to break through to something. One thing that Reiki does not have is a meditation component. It may be because Usui first developed the Reiki attunements to facilitate those who were already doing the meditation. If you do not have a meditation practice do find one to study, preferably, one that involves an alchemical/energetic component. Concurrent with that, I suggest you look at methods of psychic protection. There are parasitic entities that like to attach themselves to those with high energetic frequencies.

When you advance with Reiki, the symbols are both used for yourself and for your clients. They heighten your ability to facilitate the energy. Ultimately, the practitioners will arrive at the point where they are no different from the energy they are using. This viewpoint can vary by lineage.

One more thing. Learn as much about the guide that you are trying to connect with. This includes aliases. I cannot teach you a particular way to contact them because they contact me, as with the Goddess Sekhmet. As your frequency builds, your ability to contact them will improve. Do give time to your practice.
