Goodness, no! Jasmine is an English Springer Spaniel. Her real name is "Star Jasmine" so you could do a search on that if her link above doesn't work. They just changed servers so I think Jasmine's page hasn't transfered yet. I just tried to pull it up but couldn't. Hopefully it will come up soon.

Are you going to enter your babies?

Wow 15 years is a long time for a dog! I had a Cocker Spaniel who had epilepsy and I lost her last year to cancer at only age 6. She was gorgeous and the love of my life.
We also lost Abby, a Doberman last January to cancer and Kona, a Doberman to Cardio-Myopathy in Dec.

Jasmine is liver and white in patches. Yesterday we went to "Dogbone Meadow" a huge dog park with grass and permanent agility equipment. Today we will go to Miller Creek, a park/mini-forest with a creek to swim.

Nepthys~ Thank you for that link.. I didn't see your precious pooch, but my three year old doggie-loving daughter sat on my lap and was anxious to see each new doggie, as I read about them to her. She even 'pet' the screen.
I have a question from her to you....
"Where's the kitty-cat place?"
Is there something similar for the feline inclined?

Nope, no dog, although after reading about the sweetie pies on that site, she may soon enough. Her daddy is allergic to all sorts of hairy creatures.. we are slowly replacing all carpet in our home with wood,so that would help, if we choose to go to the doggie state of mind... She has had fish though ....... you know, they are reknowned for their cuddle-ways .

*sigh* Jasmine's page is still not up ~ I hope their server finishes it's update soon. I don't want to have to re-enter everything and upload pics all over again.

Pixie, I have no idea if there's a cat place. Wouldn't be surprised if someone starts a "Catster".

Isis, how *wonderful*! I am so excited for you!!! Let us know how your new baby is!!!

Isn't Dogster so cool and fun!!! I love reading all the dog's stories. You can search for breeds, your town, etc.

LOL No Smurfs in my house! The blue tongue is from licking a popsicle You know the red/white/blue rocket pops? I ate the red and the white and gave her the blue

Dogster rocks! But I can't figure out how to "corral" Jasmine...

Oh Jasmine reminds me of Lizzie, our dog who had to be out to sleep November 13th, 2002. This picture was taken in a motel, when my family moved across the country in 1994: (*link deleted, since it no longer works).
She would eat anything, and I remember yelling out Bertie's name when I heard a trash bag being ripped, only to find her there. That happened not long before she had a small stroke.

We adopted her when we lived in Citrus Heights, CA, not far from Dixon. I make most of their food myself, and she used to walk around the ground floor as I worked, standing behind me every so often, getting a kiss from me on the top of her head before going back to lay down and wait for her dinner. Sometimes I feel like she's still around.

Teasel,

That link didn't work for me but thanks for the story.
We lost 3 dogs last year and I think about them all the time, and I will never get over them nor never forget them.

I put up a page for a sweet pooch I had the honor of living with for a couple years. She was my partner's beloved Cheyenne. They both have passed on to the summerlands together.
