Triple-washed but didn't croak: When third-grade teacher Laurie Kollmann started to make a spinach salad at her home in Kalispell, Mont., she was surprised to see this little fellow emerge from the leaves. She then tossed him with a nice vinaigrette, sprinkled some freshly ground pepper and ... actually she took him to class the next morning

No wonder she was surprised.
The spinach and the frog are the same colour.

OHhhhhh... how cute!I don't think I'd care to find him in my dinner though, LOL! How cool was this surprise for her classroom!  ------------------
